Does online tutoring really work for younger kids?
For most children from about first grade, yes — our tutors keep sessions short, interactive and visual. For kindergarten we suggest 30-minute sessions.
How much does online tutoring cost?
$55 for a single 50-minute session, or $199 a month for one session a week. The first 30-minute trial is free.
What if we don't like the tutor?
Tell us and we'll introduce another one. You never pay for a session you weren't happy with.
Are sessions recorded?
Yes. Every session is recorded in a private classroom that only your family and our team can see, and kept for 90 days.
Do you tutor students outside Washington?
Yes. We're based in Tacoma, but lessons are online, so we work with families across the US. Tutors follow your school's curriculum.
Can we change our time or pause?
Reschedule with 12 hours' notice, and pause or cancel before your next month starts.
