Virtual Assistant Agency
We find the assistant, train them on your business, manage the relationship and cover the holidays. You get consistent help without hiring, onboarding or being anybody's employer.

The Assistants We Place
Every assistant is US-based, interviewed by us, and trained on your business before their first full week.
Prices are for twenty hours a week. Full-time placements and part-week arrangements are quoted after the discovery call.
Why This Is Not A Marketplace
A marketplace gives you a list. We give you one person and stand behind them.
We interview, you meet two
Every candidate is screened, reference-checked and interviewed by us against your brief. You meet the two we would hire ourselves.
We train them on your business
Before week one, your processes are documented and the assistant has worked through them. You are not paying to teach someone their job.
We manage performance
The awkward conversation about quality is ours, not yours. You tell your account manager; we handle it.
We cover the gaps
Holidays, sickness and leave are covered by a second assistant briefed on your account, at no extra cost.
We replace a wrong fit
If it is not working in the first ninety days we rematch at our cost. It happens with about one placement in eight and we would rather it happened early.
One Monthly Fee, No Employment
Billed monthly, thirty days' notice, and no recruitment fee, payroll tax, benefits administration or equipment to buy.
Part Week — 20 hrs · from $2,100/mo
Four mornings a week with a named assistant. Where most businesses start and many happily stay.
Most Days — 30 hrs · from $3,000/mo
Daily coverage with a named assistant and a named backup, plus a monthly account review.
Full Time — 40 hrs · from $3,900/mo
A dedicated assistant working your full week, effectively an employee without the employment.
Fractional Team — quoted
Several part-time assistants across different lanes under one agreement and one account manager.
Describe The Role, Not The Résumé
Tell us what needs doing and what a good week looks like. We will come back with two candidates inside a fortnight, or tell you honestly that we are not the right answer.
Twelve Days, Typically
Day 1 — The Brief
Thirty minutes on the work, the hours and what a good week looks like. We write the brief; you approve it.
Days 2–7 — The Shortlist
We interview against the brief and send you two candidates with our honest view of each.
Days 8–10 — You Meet Them
Two half-hour conversations. No panel, no take-home task, no recruitment theater.
Days 11–12 — Onboarding
Processes documented, access granted through your own systems, and the first week planned before it starts.
After The First Year
We tried hiring directly twice and both people left inside four months. Marrowby's match has been with us three years, and when she was on maternity leave the cover knew our systems already.
The part I did not expect to value was the management. Someone else does the performance conversation, the training and the cover. I just get the work.
First match was wrong and they said so before we did. Second one has been here two years. That honesty is why we stayed.
Questions Before You Book
Where are your assistants based?
All of them are in the United States, across Eastern and Central time. That is why we are priced where we are, and it is the main reason businesses move to us from an offshore provider.
Do I get the same person every day?
Yes — one named assistant, plus one named backup who is briefed on your account and covers leave. You meet both.
What if the match is wrong?
We rematch at our cost within the first ninety days. After that we will still rematch; there is simply a short notice period so the outgoing assistant can hand over properly.
Can I hire the assistant directly?
Yes, after twelve months, with a transfer fee stated in the agreement. Several clients have and we have never contested one.
Is there a recruitment fee?
No. One monthly fee covers matching, training, management and cover. There is no upfront charge and no fee if you decline both candidates.
What notice do I have to give?
Thirty days. There is no minimum term and no exit fee.
When We Say No
When The Brief Is Really Two Jobs
Bookkeeping and marketing in one twenty-hour role is a recipe for a resignation. We will suggest splitting it, even though that is a harder sell.
When You Need Someone On Site
Our assistants work remotely. If the work genuinely needs a person in the building, a local hire is the right answer and we will say so.
When You Should Hire Directly
If you are past thirty staff with an HR function, our management layer is something you already have. At that point we are an expensive middleman.
Businesses Between Doing It Yourself And Hiring
Professional practices
Medical, legal, insurance and accounting offices where the admin load is steady and the wrong hire is expensive.
Growing service businesses
Where the owner has become the scheduling department and the next step is either help or a plateau.
Multi-site operators
Several locations, one back office, and a need for consistency rather than another manager.
Funded startups
Teams that need operational support before they can justify a full-time operations hire.
Meet Two Candidates
There is no charge for the search and no charge if you decline both. You only pay once someone starts.
