One Rate. Buy Hours.

Hours never expire. Use ten this month and forty next month — nobody will call you about it.

Pay As You Go — $29/hr

Buy in ten-hour blocks. Good for a backlog, a busy season, or finding out whether this works for you.

Monthly — 20 hrs · $520

Twenty hours a month at $26 an hour, the same assistant every week, and a Friday summary.

Monthly — 40 hrs · $960

Forty hours at $24 an hour, two lanes covered daily, and a named backup for holidays.

The Big Clear-Out — from $450

A one-off assault on a specific mess: an inbox, a CRM, three years of receipts. Quoted after we look at it.

How it works

Three Steps, No Sales Call

Tell Us The Pile

Thirty minutes on a call, or two paragraphs in the form. We will tell you how many hours it looks like and whether it is worth doing.

We Start This Week

You share access through your own password manager. We work the first few hours in front of you so you can see what we do with them.

You Get The Hours Back

A short note every Friday listing what got cleared and what is left. Stop whenever you like — there is nothing to cancel.

A first week

What Week One Looks Like

1

Monday

Access granted, the pile measured, and the first two hours spent on whatever is loudest.

2

Tuesday

Rules and folders built so the same mess cannot rebuild itself behind us.

3

Thursday

The backlog is visibly shorter and you stop checking whether we are actually working.

4

Friday

A note: hours used, what got cleared, what we recommend next. You decide if there is a week two.

No contract, no setup fee

Give Us The Worst Of It

Ten hours is enough to find out. If it does not help, you have spent less than a weekend of your own time.

The fine print, in plain words

What You Are Signing Up For

Nothing

No contract, no notice period, no minimum term. Buy hours, use hours, stop.

One assistant you know by name

Not a ticket queue. You get their direct line and they get to know your business.

Access you can pull

Everything goes through your password manager. Revoke it yourself, any time, no conversation.

Hours that do not expire

Buy ten in March and use them in June if that is how your year goes.

An honest no

If what you need is a bookkeeper, a marketer or a full-time hire, we will say so instead of selling you hours.

What People Say After The First Month

Cal Buchanan
I had eleven thousand unread emails and a real fear of opening my laptop. They got it to zero in nine days and then kept it there. I am not exaggerating about the fear.
Neda Shirazi
No contract was the thing. I tried them for ten hours expecting to cancel and I am still here two years later.
Warren Otieno
They caught eleven invoices we had never sent. That one job paid for the year.
Common piles

Things People Hand Us First

01

The Inbox

Four figures of unread, three real emails buried in it, and a growing suspicion that something important is in there.

02

The Invoices

Work finished months ago that nobody ever billed for, and a list of people who owe you money nobody has chased.

03

The Spreadsheet

Eleven versions of the same customer list, half of them with the phone number in the wrong column.

04

The Follow-Ups

Quotes sent, silence returned, and nobody with the time to ask a second time — which is where most of the money is.

Straight Answers

Is $29 really the whole price?

For pay-as-you-go, yes — one rate for every service, billed in fifteen-minute blocks. The monthly plans work out cheaper per hour. There is no setup fee and no onboarding fee.

Are your assistants in the US?

Yes, all of them, mostly Central and Eastern time. That is why we are $29 and not $9, and it is the main reason people move to us from an overseas service.

Do I have to sign anything?

A confidentiality agreement, which protects you, not us. There is no service contract and no notice period.

What if I only need help for a month?

That is completely normal — busy seasons, a parental leave, a backlog after a move. Buy the hours, use them, stop.

Can you work inside my systems?

Yes, and we prefer to. Your email, your calendar, your CRM, your invoicing software. We do not ask anyone to switch tools.

How fast can you start?

Usually the same week, sometimes the same day. Tell us what is urgent in the form and we will tell you honestly when we can get to it.

Who hires us

Mostly Owners With No Office Staff

Trades & Home Services

Quotes chased while you are on a roof, jobs confirmed, and invoices out the day the work finishes.

Small Agencies & Studios

Scheduling, supplier admin and the client follow-up that keeps slipping past the creative work.

Retail & Online Sellers

Order queries, returns, supplier chasing and a product list that finally matches what is on the shelf.

Anyone After A Growth Spurt

The admin that was fine at ten customers and broke at eighty, before you are ready to hire.

Ten hours

Try It On The Worst Job You Have

Most people hand us the inbox. Everyone regrets not doing it sooner, which is a cliché until it happens to you.
