Hosting fees, music licenses and transcription credits are billed at cost. We do not mark them up.
Seven Years Of Other People's Shows
Cadencewell started as one editor cutting two interview shows out of a spare room in Portland. Seven years and two thousand episodes later it is a small team of editors, writers and bookers, and the promise has not changed: the host records, and the show goes out.

Editing and mastering, 48-hour turnaround, up to 75 minutes of raw audio. Everything else stays yours.

Editing, show notes, transcript and publishing to your host. The most common choice for a weekly interview show.
Full Support — $1,950 a month
Four episodes, guest booking, clips, publishing and a standing call. Effectively a part-time producer.
Back Catalog — quoted
Transcripts and notes for episodes already published, so the archive starts working for search. Priced per batch.

We will edit one episode at the single-episode rate. Most hosts hear it on the first playback and stop asking questions.

You Record
Raw file into the shared folder. No naming conventions to remember; we handle the housekeeping.
We Cut
Edit, master, notes and transcript. Anything ambiguous comes back as one question, not six.
You Approve
A single listen-through link with timestamps for comments. Most hosts approve without changes by week three.
We Publish
Uploaded, scheduled, clips posted, newsletter sent. You find out it is live because someone replies to it.

What Changed For Their Show
I record Tuesday and it publishes Thursday. I have not opened editing software in two years and the show has never once been late.
They book the guests, send the prep, chase the reschedules and hand me a one-page brief an hour before. My job is now only the conversation.
The clips are the reason we grew. Four a week, captioned, posted — and I never had to learn how to make them.
Questions Hosts Ask
What turnaround can you actually hold?
Forty-eight hours from the file landing, for monthly clients with a standing slot. Per-episode work is usually three to four days depending on the week.
Do you fix bad audio?
Within reason. We can rescue a noisy room or a mismatched pair of mics; we cannot rescue a recording made on a phone in a cafe. If the raw file is unusable we will tell you before invoicing.
Can you book guests from my list?
Yes, or research new ones against a brief. Outreach goes out from your address with your name on it, because a booking request from a stranger does not work.
Do you write in my voice?
The show notes, yes — from a short tone document we build in the first month. We do not write your script or your ad reads.
What happens if I skip a week?
Nothing. Monthly clients bank the unused episode within the quarter; per-episode clients simply do not send a file.
Is there a contract?
Thirty days' notice on monthly, none at all on per-episode. Your accounts and files stay yours throughout.

Production quality keeps listeners; it does not create them. Anyone promising you a download number is guessing.
