Social Media Virtual Assistant
The calendar, the captions, the comments and the numbers — handled by one person who learns your voice instead of a rota who never quite does.
The Whole Boring Middle Bit
You make the thing. I do everything between making it and someone seeing it.
Content Calendar & Scheduling
A month planned in advance, three weeks always banked, and posts scheduled so nothing depends on you remembering on a Tuesday.
Caption & Copywriting
Captions in your voice, not mine — built from a tone document we write together in week one and revised whenever you wince.
Community Management
Comments and messages answered daily inside rules you set, with the awkward ones flagged rather than guessed at.
Short-Form Video Editing
Your raw clips cut to length with captions burned in and a hook in the first second. You film; I do the rest.
Monthly Reporting
One page: what grew, what flopped, what we are changing next month. No forty-slide deck, no vanity metrics.
The Occasional Rescue
A launch, an event, a sudden burst of attention. Extra hours by arrangement rather than a renegotiation.
Packages
Monthly, no lock-in, and priced by how much goes out rather than how many hours it takes me.
Ad spend, influencer fees and paid tools are yours and billed at cost. I do not take a cut of your ad budget.
How We Get To Banked
Week One — Voice
An hour on how you talk, what you will never say, and the five things you are actually trying to sell. It becomes a one-page tone document you own.
Week Two — Shoot List
I send a list of clips and photos to capture on your phone. Fifteen minutes of filming becomes three weeks of posts.
Week Three — Drafts
A full month of captions and a calendar, in front of you for approval. You edit; I learn.
Week Four — Live
Posting starts, comments are handled daily, and the bank of content stops being empty for good.
Show Me Your Feed
I will tell you the two things I would change first, whether or not you hire me. Most people leave with something they can do that week.
The Rhythm
Monday
The week's calendar lands in your inbox. You say nothing unless you want something changed.
Every Day
Comments and messages answered, saved replies for the repeats, anything sensitive flagged to you.
Mid-Month
A clip request based on what is working — usually one short list, usually filmed on your phone in ten minutes.
First Of The Month
One page of numbers and one recommendation. Then we do it again, slightly better.
What You Get That An Agency Cannot Give You
Your voice, learned once
Agencies rotate juniors. Five months in, the captions still sound like a brief instead of like you.
A direct line
You text me, not an account manager who forwards it to someone you have never met.
Honesty about what is not working
I am not upselling a channel. If a platform is a waste of your time I will tell you to leave it.
No minimum term
Month to month. Nobody should need a contract to keep posting for you.
Three Things I Will Tell You On The Call
Posting Daily Is Rarely The Fix
Most small brands do better with three good posts a week than seven thin ones. I will usually recommend posting less and filming more.
Followers Are Not The Goal
The number I report on is the one tied to enquiries. A feed that grows and sells nothing is a hobby.
You Still Have To Film
I cannot make short-form video out of nothing. Fifteen minutes of your phone a fortnight is the smallest version of that.
Before You Book
Which platforms do you work on?
The ones your customers actually use. In practice that is usually two or three, and part of the first call is deciding which to drop.
Do you run ads?
No. I will tell you when something is worth putting money behind, and I will happily work alongside whoever runs your ads, but I do not manage ad budgets.
Who owns the content?
You do — the tone document, the calendar, the captions and the edited clips. If we part, everything is handed over in a folder you can open.
Do I have to be on camera?
No, though it usually works better if you are. Plenty of brands here are product shots, hands, process and place, and they do fine.
What does a month actually need from me?
About an hour: fifteen minutes of filming, twenty minutes reviewing the calendar, and one short call. Less once the tone document settles.
Can you start mid-month?
Yes. The first month is prorated, and voice work starts immediately — the posting begins once there is something banked.
Small Brands With Something To Show
Shops, studios and makers
Where the product photographs itself and the owner has no time to post it.
Food and hospitality
Specials, events and the daily rhythm of a place, posted without the owner being on their phone at service.
Service businesses
Before-and-afters, finished work and the slow trust-building that turns a follower into an enquiry.
Try The Steady Package
Twelve posts, two channels, comments handled. Enough to feel the difference and small enough to walk away from.
Book A Discovery Call
Send me your handle and a day that suits. I will have looked at your feed before we speak.
