What does Sunday production cost?
It depends on your room and how much of the team is ours versus yours. Weekly full-crew production, a monthly hybrid model, and a build-and-train engagement all price differently — the walk-through is free and you'll have numbers within a week.
Do you handle music licensing for streams?
We configure your stream around the licenses your church holds and flag anything your current coverage doesn't include. You stay compliant; your worship team keeps their setlist.
What happens if the stream drops mid-service?
We run redundant encoders on separate connections, so a failure switches over automatically in seconds. In six years no congregation we serve has lost a message to a dead stream.
Can our volunteers run it after you build it?
Yes — that's the goal of every build. We document the whole system, train your team over four to six Sundays, and stay on call for the mornings when three people are out sick.
Do we have to buy new cameras?
Only if the room truly needs them. We design around gear you own first, and when something is worth buying we spec equipment volunteers can operate — not gear that needs a broadcast engineer.
