Footage That Works Forever — Event & Conference Video Production in Las Vegas

House Lights captures conferences, trade shows, and galas like broadcasts — multi-cam keynotes, board-fed audio, and the sizzle reel playing before your attendees' flights land home.

We Know Every Loading Dock on the Strip

Vegas event video is logistics with cameras attached — union rules, rigging windows, house AV politics, and ballrooms that swallow light. Ten years and nine hundred events taught us all of it. We coordinate with your venue and AV partner before load-in, so show day runs without a single 'who approved that camera riser' conversation.

  • Venue & house-AV coordination handled
  • Union-aware crews, insured to venue specs
  • Board audio feeds arranged in advance
  • Redundant recording on every camera

What Shows Up With the Crew

Broadcast-Grade Cameras

Cinema cameras with long glass for ballroom distances — plus redundant recording on every body.

Board-Fed Audio

Clean feeds from the house console arranged before load-in — never a camera mic pointed at a speaker stack.

Same-Night Editing

An editor working on site from lunchtime — the recap is cut while the closing party is still going.

Organized Delivery

Sessions, speakers, and socials cut, named, and foldered — your content calendar fed for a year.

4

Deliver the Library

Recap overnight, sessions inside a week, and a content library organized for the year of posts ahead.

Multi-Cam & Live

Switched Live, Streamed Anywhere

When the general session needs IMAG or the keynote needs to reach ten thousand remote seats, we bring the truck-lite package: four to eight cameras, a switcher, graphics, and stream output to any platform. The cut happens live, the recording is broadcast-clean, and the remote audience gets a show — not a security-camera view of one.

  • 4-8 camera switched packages
  • IMAG to house screens, stream to any platform
  • Lower-thirds & sponsor graphics included
  • ISO recordings of every camera, always
Why House Lights

Why Event Teams Rebook Us

1

The Recap Lands Same-Night

Attendees post it before they fly home, sponsors see it while the invoice is still warm, and next year's ticket sales start at this year's closing party.

2

Zero Show-Day Surprises

Everything is advanced — feeds, positions, credentials, backups. Your production team gets a partner, not another thing to manage.

3

Footage Built to Be Reused

We shoot for the year of content after the event — clean cutaways, speaker isolation, and b-roll your marketing team will actually use.

Client Notes

What Event Teams Say

Three thousand attendees, two ballrooms, nine breakout tracks — House Lights covered all of it and had the day-one sizzle playing at the day-two opening session. Our attendees posted it before breakfast. They're written into our Vegas contract now.
Renee CaldwellEvent Director · SaaS Conference, Convention Center District
The keynote capture was indistinguishable from broadcast — four cameras, clean switch, perfect audio pulled straight from the board. Our CEO's talk clip did more on LinkedIn than the entire paid campaign around the event.
Tomás RiveraVP Marketing · Fintech Summit, The Strip
They understand trade shows: our booth video pulled walk-by traffic all week, and the recap they cut had our sales team following up with footage of prospects at our demos. ROI you can literally see.

Questions

Asked Before Every Show

What does event coverage cost?

Single-day, single-camera coverage starts in the low four figures; multi-day conferences with multi-cam keynotes and same-night editing scale from there. Send your run-of-show and we'll quote firm — with options at three coverage levels so you control the spend.

Can you really deliver a recap the same night?

It's our signature. An editor works on site from midday, the recap is approved by your team that evening, and it plays at the next morning's opening session — or hits your socials while the event is still trending.

Do you work with our AV company?

Seamlessly — house AV runs the room, we capture it. We advance audio feeds, camera positions, and rigging with them directly so your production manager never has to translate.

Are you insured for Strip venues?

Fully — COIs at the limits Strip properties require, delivered to the venue before load-in, and crews who know each property's dock, badge, and union protocols.

Can you stream sessions live?

Yes — switched multi-cam packages with stream output to any platform, plus IMAG to house screens. Remote attendees get a broadcast, and you keep ISO recordings of everything.

How fast do full session videos arrive?

The recap is same-night, speaker and session cuts land inside a week, and the full organized library within two — named, foldered, and ready for your content calendar.
