Do I need CAD files to get a quote?
No — about half our builds start as sketches, photos, or reference images. We produce the shop drawings and you approve them before anything gets cut. If you do have CAD (DXF, STEP, even SketchUp), that speeds up the quote.
What materials do you work in?
Mild steel, stainless, and aluminum daily; brass and copper for accent work. TIG for stainless, aluminum, and anything visible; MIG for structural and production speed.
How much does custom fabrication cost?
One-off furniture bases typically run $400-$1,500; fixtures and rails are quoted per drawing; batch work is priced per unit with honest volume breaks. Every quote is firm — the number you approve is the number you pay.
Can you match a photo I found online?
Usually, and we'll tell you what we'd change so it doesn't wobble, rust, or cost triple. Inspiration in, engineering applied, better thing out.
Do you install?
Yes — rails, fixtures, and shelving get site-measured before fab and installed by our crew. Furniture and parts can be picked up, delivered, or freighted anywhere.
How fast can you build?
Quotes inside five working days; most one-offs finish in two to four weeks; batches are scheduled to a committed ship date. Genuine rush work is possible — ask, and we'll be straight about what's achievable.
