Don't Haul It — Mobile Welding Trucks Dispatched Across Houston
Four fully-rigged welding trucks and certified welders on dispatch across greater Houston — structural repairs, equipment, gates, trailers, and pipe, fixed where they sit. Same-day is the norm, not the upsell.
If It's Steel and It's Stuck There, We Come to It
Every truck carries stick, MIG, and flux-core rigs, a generator, and enough steel stock to finish most repairs in one visit.

A Rig Rolls Out
Dispatch routes the nearest truck — 90 minutes average to most of the metro, faster on the east side.
Welded Where It Sits
Certified welder, full rig, steel stock on board. Most repairs finish the same visit they start.
Load-Tested & Logged
You watch it proven before we leave — photos and the invoice match the quote from step one.

A Full Welding Shop on Four Wheels
Each Crossbeam truck is a self-contained shop: engine-driven welder, stick, MIG and flux-core setups, oxy-fuel cutting, a generator that doesn't care whether your site has power, and racks of angle, plate, and tube stock. That's the difference between a mobile welder and a guy with a machine in his bed — we arrive ready to finish, not to measure and come back. Twelve years running Houston's east side taught us exactly what to carry.
- ✓Engine-driven welders — no site power needed
- ✓Stick, MIG, flux-core & oxy-fuel on every truck
- ✓Steel stock on board — most jobs finish in one visit
- ✓Certified, insured welders in company uniforms
Fixed Where It Broke
Straight off the job logs — the everyday work of four trucks and twelve years.

Staged Across Greater Houston
Houston is too big for one truck parked in one yard — so Crossbeam runs four, staged east, north, west, and south. Dispatch routes whichever rig is closest to your break, which is how the average stays around ninety minutes across a metro this size. Plants along the Ship Channel, builders in Katy, ranchettes past Cypress, townhomes in the Heights: same trucks, same welders, same rate card.
- ✓Four trucks staged across the metro
- ✓Ship Channel plants to Katy job sites
- ✓One rate card, every ZIP we serve
- ✓24/7 emergency line for breakdowns
Houston Keeps Our Number Saved
Our loading dock leveler cracked at 6 AM with three trucks waiting. Crossbeam's welder was on-site by 8:15, gouged out the crack, welded it stronger than factory, and we were loading again before lunch. The downtime math makes their trip fee the cheapest line on the invoice.
Gooseneck hitch tore half out of my trailer bed on a Friday — hay pickup Saturday morning. They came to my place in Cypress that evening, rebuilt the mounting plate with proper gussets, and told me plainly what the last guy had done wrong. Trailer's pulled two seasons since without a squeak.
I needed a wrought-iron gate re-hung and a security door frame straightened after a break-in attempt. One truck, one afternoon, both fixed at my house — no hauling anything anywhere. Clean welds, cleaned up after themselves, price matched the quote to the dollar.

Asked Before the Truck Rolls
How fast can a welder actually get to me?
Metro average is about 90 minutes from confirmed dispatch — faster on the east side where we're based. Emergency breakdowns jump the queue; the 24/7 line is answered by a person who can see every truck's location.
What does mobile welding cost?
An hourly rate plus a flat trip fee by zone — both quoted up front from your photo and ZIP. Most common repairs (hitches, gates, rails, brackets) land in a 1-3 hour window, and the invoice matches the quote.
Can you weld where there's no power?
Yes — every truck runs an engine-driven welder and generator. Pasture fence line, dead plant bay, or a driveway in a blackout: we bring our own electricity.
Is on-site structural work actually certified?
Our welders hold current structural certifications, and repairs come documented with photos and material specs. Plant safety officers, GCs, and insurers accept our paperwork routinely.
What can't you fix on-site?
Precision machine work, cast iron that needs oven-controlled heat, and jobs that genuinely belong in a fab shop — we'll tell you straight and point you to the right bench rather than sell you a weld that won't hold.
Which areas do you cover?
Greater Houston: Pasadena, Baytown, Channelview, Deer Park, Katy, Cypress, Pearland, the Heights, and everything between. Outside the loop-plus? Call — trip fees scale honestly with distance.
