Fairweather started with one annoyance: nobody could tell you what a weld would cost until after it was welded. So we built the shop backwards — a price list on the wall, photos-for-a-quote by text, and flat rates that don't wobble when the job takes longer than we guessed. That risk is ours. Six years and a few thousand fixes later, half of OKC's trailers seem to have our beads on them.

Six years of the same repairs taught us what jobs actually take. We price from that history, and when a job runs long, the overage is ours to eat — not yours to discover on an invoice. The averages work out, and nobody leaves surprised.
What do common repairs cost?
Walk-in welds start at $45. Typical hitch repairs land between $85 and $180, porch rail fixes $75 to $150, gate re-hangs around $95. Text a photo and you'll get your exact number before you drive over.
Do you charge for quotes?
Never. Photos by text, questions at the counter, and 'is this worth fixing?' opinions are all free — including when the honest answer saves you money by not hiring us.
Do I need an appointment?
No — walk-ins are the whole point. Bring it by during shop hours, including Saturday mornings. Bigger items like trailers are easier if you text ahead so we can clear the bay.
What if it's too big to bring in?
For railings, gates, and anything bolted to your house, we do house calls across the OKC metro. The flat price includes the trip — quoted from photos like everything else.
How fast will it be done?
Seven in ten repairs go home the same day they arrive. Anything longer gets a real date when we take it in — and we hit the dates, because the wall says we do.
What metals do you work with?
Steel and cast iron every day, aluminum most days, stainless when the job calls for it. If your item is something exotic, text a photo — we'll tell you straight whether we're the right shop.
