Most of our routes start at 5 AM. We work outside first, then inside if you've given us a key or a door code, and we're packed up before your first employee parks. Restaurants that close late get an early-morning slot; offices that open early can choose evenings.

Commercial Window Cleaning Questions
How much does commercial window cleaning cost?
A single storefront starts at $25 a visit and an office suite at $90 a visit, inside and out. Buildings and multi-site routes are priced per building after a free walk-through. The price is fixed per visit, so your monthly bill only changes if you add sites.
Is there a contract?
No long contract. Routes run month to month, and you can pause or cancel with two weeks' notice.
How often should a business have its windows cleaned?
Restaurants and shops on busy streets usually go weekly, offices every two to four weeks, and upper-floor exteriors monthly or quarterly. We'll suggest a schedule at the walk-through, and you can change it any time.
Do you clean in winter?
Yes. Storefront routes run all year. In freezing weather we add a winter-safe additive to our water, and if it's too cold for outside glass to dry clean we do the inside and move the outside to the next mild day.
Are you insured?
Yes, with general liability and workers' compensation. We can send a certificate the same day and name your landlord or property manager as an additional insured.
How high can you clean?
Up to four stories, using water-fed poles from the ground or a lift. For taller buildings we'll point you to a high-rise specialist rather than take a job we shouldn't.
