How much does window and gutter cleaning cost in Portland?

How often should gutters be cleaned in Portland?

Do you install gutter guards?
No. We clean gutters, flush downspouts and tell you about anything loose or leaking we spot, with photos, so you can call a gutter installer if it needs repair.
Do I need to be home?
Not for gutters or outside windows. For inside windows someone needs to let us in.
