Do you only do boho or outdoor weddings?
Boho and outdoor Hill Country weddings are our specialty and our love, but we plan all kinds of celebrations. If you want warmth, personality, and a relaxed feeling — whatever the aesthetic — we're likely a great fit. Reach out and let's talk about your vision.
How far in advance should we book?
For full planning, 10–14 months is ideal so we can secure your dream Hill Country venue and vendors. For day-of coordination we recommend booking 4–6 months out. That said, we've beautifully pulled together weddings on shorter timelines — just ask.
Do you help us find a venue?
Absolutely — it's one of our favorite parts. We know the Hill Country's barns, ranches, wildflower fields, and hidden gems, and we'll match you to a venue that fits your guest count, budget, and the feeling you're after.
What's the difference between full and partial planning?
Full planning is the whole journey — venue, design, vendors, logistics, and coordination from day one. Partial planning picks up where you've left off, adding expert guidance and management for couples who've made a start. We'll help you choose the right fit on our first call.
Can you work with our budget?
Yes. We work with a range of budgets and are transparent about where your money goes. On our first call we'll talk honestly about what's realistic for your vision, then design a beautiful wedding that respects your number — no surprises.
How is your pricing structured?
After your consultation we send a clear, flat planning fee based on the level of support you choose. Vendor costs are tracked transparently in your budget, so you always know exactly where things stand. No vague percentages, ever.
