What's the difference between day-of and month-of coordination?
Day-of coordination begins in your final week — we lead the rehearsal and run the wedding day. Month-of begins about six weeks out, so we can confirm vendors, finalize your details, and build the timeline before we take over. Both hand you a flawless day; month-of just gives you more support in the run-up.
Isn't 'day-of' really just the day?
Not quite. True day-of coordination actually starts one to two weeks before, when we gather your details, contact your vendors, and build the timeline. Nobody can walk in cold on the morning of and run a wedding well — the prep in the final week is what makes the day seamless.
How far in advance should we book?
The sooner the better — popular Front Range dates book six to twelve months out. Even though we don't step in until closer to the wedding, reserving your date early ensures we're available. If your wedding is soon, reach out anyway; we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Do you travel outside Denver?
Yes. We coordinate weddings throughout the Colorado Front Range and the mountains — Boulder, Golden, Evergreen, Estes Park, and beyond. Travel beyond our standard area is quoted transparently based on distance.
Will you manage our vendors?
