We fell in love with a 1868 mansion in the Historic District, but had no idea how to actually get married there. Do we need to have a venue already?
Not at all — venue sourcing is one of the things couples value most about working with us. If you have a historic home or estate in mind, wonderful; we likely already know it. If not, we'll shortlist and tour the landmark venues that fit your vision, guest count, and season, and secure the right one. Many of the best estates aren't on any public directory.
Why are historic venues harder to plan than a regular venue?
Storied properties are extraordinary, but they come with real constraints: preservation and load-in rules, often no in-house catering or kitchen, limited power, grounds guests don't know, and strict timelines. What does full-service estate planning include?

Do you work at estates outside Savannah?

How far in advance should we book?
