Three Reasons Families Choose Us
For a wedding rich in meaning and beauty, families across South Florida trust Aviva.
We Understand the Meaning
Jewish weddings are all we do. Every ritual, every tradition, every level of observance — we honor them with real knowledge and care.
Kosher & Observance, Handled
Kosher catering, Shabbat, shomer traditions, and multi-day events are second nature to us — nothing is a stretch or an afterthought.
Beauty Worthy of the Moment
From the chuppah to the tablescape, our design honors the sacredness of the day and creates lasting, elegant beauty.

A Chuppah Worthy of the Vows Beneath It
The chuppah is the heart of a Jewish wedding — a canopy that holds the most sacred moment of the day — and we design each one as a work of lasting beauty. Cascading florals and soft light, rich fabrics and meaningful details, every element chosen to honor the holiness of the moment and the story of the couple beneath it. Beyond the chuppah, we design the whole celebration with the same care: the bedeken, the ceremony, the reception, and the hora that carries the joy long into the night.
- ✓Custom chuppah design & floral installations
- ✓Ceremony spaces that honor the sacred
- ✓Meaningful details woven throughout
- ✓Beauty worthy of the vows beneath it
Families on the Aviva Experience
Aviva planned a wedding that honored every one of our traditions beautifully — the ketubah signing, the bedeken, the chuppah, and a hora that lifted the roof. They understood the meaning behind each moment and designed a day that felt both deeply Jewish and utterly elegant. Our parents and grandparents were moved to tears. We could not have asked for more.
Coordinating a kosher, multi-day wedding with a Shabbat dinner and a Sunday brunch could have been overwhelming. Aviva made it seamless and beautiful. They knew the caterers, the traditions, and exactly how to honor our observance while creating something stunning. Every detail was handled with such care and respect. Simply wonderful.
As a blended family — one side very traditional, one side less so — we needed a planner with real sensitivity and knowledge. Aviva navigated it all with grace, weaving our traditions together into a celebration that felt meaningful to everyone. The chuppah was breathtaking. It was the wedding we dreamed of and more.

Jewish Wedding Questions, Answered
Do you work with every level of observance?
Yes — from Orthodox to Reform and everywhere in between, as well as interfaith and blended families. We take the time to understand your specific traditions and level of observance, and we honor them authentically and without assumption. Whatever 'Jewish wedding' means to you, that's exactly what we'll create.
Can you handle a fully kosher, Shabbat-observant wedding?
Absolutely — it's one of our specialties. We work with trusted kosher caterers and mashgichim, plan around Shabbat and holiday observance, and coordinate shomer traditions with genuine understanding. The observance is handled seamlessly, so it's never a source of stress on your day.
Do you design the chuppah?
We do, and we love it. The chuppah is the heart of the ceremony, and we design each one as a breathtaking, meaningful centerpiece — florals, fabrics, and details chosen to honor the sacredness of the moment. We can work with a family tallit or heirloom, or create something entirely custom.
Can you plan a multi-day wedding weekend?
Yes — Shabbat dinners, aufrufs, the ceremony, the reception, and a Sunday brunch. Multi-day Jewish wedding weekends are among our favorite celebrations to plan, and we coordinate every event and every tradition into one seamless, joyful whole.
How far in advance should we book?
For a full wedding, 12–18 months is ideal — the best venues and kosher-experienced vendors book early, particularly for the popular South Florida season. If your date is sooner, do reach out; we've beautifully planned meaningful weddings on shorter timelines.
How is your pricing structured?
After an initial consultation, we provide a clear proposal with a flat planning and design fee based on your scope and events. Vendor and design costs are tracked transparently in your budget, so you always know where things stand. No vague percentages — just clarity and care.
