Do you only work on modern weddings?
Modern, editorial design is our aesthetic and where we do our best work, but 'modern' means many things. If you value restraint, quality, and a cohesive point of view — whatever your exact style — we're likely a wonderful fit. The best way to know is a conversation.
How many weddings do you take each year?
Intentionally few. We limit the number of weddings we accept annually so that every couple receives our full creative and logistical attention. This means dates book early — if you have one in mind, we recommend reaching out sooner rather than later.
What's the difference between full planning and coordination?
Full Planning & Design is the complete Solene experience — creative direction, vendor curation, and management from the very beginning. Luxury Coordination is for couples who have planned everything themselves and want our team to produce and manage the day flawlessly. We'll help you choose on our first call.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes. While we're based in Los Angeles and know California intimately, we design and produce weddings elsewhere for the right couples. Travel is quoted transparently based on the destination and scope.
When should we reach out?
For full planning and design, 12–16 months ahead is ideal, and our calendar fills well in advance. For coordination, 4–6 months is comfortable. If your date is sooner, reach out anyway — we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
How is your pricing structured?
After an initial consultation, we provide a clear proposal with a flat planning and design fee based on your scope. Vendor and production costs are tracked transparently in your budget. We believe in clarity — no vague percentages, no surprises.
