How We Bring Two Worlds Together
Whatever your two cultures, we'll honor them beautifully. Tell us your story and traditions.

A Beautiful Bridge Between Two Worlds
Mosaic was born from a belief that a multicultural wedding isn't a compromise between two traditions — it's a celebration of both, richer for the blend. For twelve years we've planned and designed fusion weddings across Houston for couples uniting heritages from every corner of the world: Hindu and Jewish, Nigerian and Vietnamese, Mexican and Korean, and so many more. We take the time to understand every ritual on both sides, honor each with genuine care, and weave two families together with warmth and diplomacy. The result is a celebration that feels like a beautiful bridge — one where everyone at the table feels seen, honored, and joyful.

Two Heritages, One Breathtaking Vision
Designing a fusion wedding is our favorite kind of challenge — taking the colors, textures, and symbols of two cultures and weaving them into a single, cohesive celebration that honors both without diluting either. A mandap beside a chuppah, mariachi flowing into K-pop, henna and calligraphy sharing a table: we design each element with intention, so the blend feels considered and joyful rather than crowded. The result is a celebration that could belong to no one else — a mosaic of your two worlds, breathtaking in every detail.
- ✓Colors, textures & symbols of both cultures
- ✓Cohesive design that honors each heritage
- ✓Meaningful details woven throughout
- ✓A celebration that could belong to no one else
Words From Our Couples & Families
Our wedding blended Nigerian and Vietnamese traditions across three days, two ceremonies, and four hundred guests — and Mosaic made it feel not just possible, but magnificent. They honored every ritual on both sides with genuine understanding, wove our families together with such grace, and designed a celebration that felt like a beautiful bridge between our two worlds. Both our mothers cried. So did we.
A Hindu ceremony one day, a Jewish ceremony the next, and a reception that celebrated both — it could have been chaos, but Mosaic made it seamless and stunning. They knew the traditions, sourced the right vendors for each, and navigated two very different families with warmth and diplomacy. It was the most meaningful, joyful weekend of our lives.
As a Mexican-Korean couple, we worried a planner wouldn't understand how much both cultures meant to us. Mosaic understood completely. From the mariachi to the pyebaek, every tradition was honored beautifully, and the whole celebration felt like a true union of our families. We are endlessly grateful — it was perfect.

Multicultural Wedding Questions, Answered
Do you have experience with our specific cultures?
Between us we've planned fusions across a huge range of traditions — South Asian, East Asian, African, Latin American, Middle Eastern, European, Jewish, and more. If there's a tradition we're less familiar with, we research it deeply and consult with cultural experts and your families, so every ritual is honored authentically and respectfully.
Can we have two separate ceremonies?
Absolutely — many of our couples do. Whether it's two full ceremonies on different days, a blended ceremony that weaves both traditions together, or something in between, we'll design the approach that feels right for both of you and both families. We handle the logistics and flow so each ceremony gets its moment.
How do you handle two families with different expectations?
With warmth, patience, and real diplomacy — it's one of the most important parts of what we do. We listen to everyone, find the common ground, and gently guide the conversations so both families feel heard and honored. Our goal is a celebration where every parent and grandparent feels their traditions were respected.
Do you source vendors from both cultures?
Yes — authentic vendors are essential to a fusion wedding done right. We have a broad network of caterers, musicians, artists, and officiants across many cultures, and we source and coordinate the right ones for each of your traditions, so everything feels genuine rather than approximated.
How far in advance should we book?
For a multi-day, multicultural wedding, 14–18 months is ideal — there's more to plan, and the best venues and specialized vendors book early. If your date is sooner, reach out anyway; we've beautifully planned fusion celebrations on shorter timelines.
How is your pricing structured?
After an initial consultation, we provide a clear proposal with a flat planning and design fee based on your events and scope. Vendor and décor costs are tracked transparently in your budget, so you always know where things stand. No vague percentages — just clarity.
