About Again & Always

For the Love That Has Already Lasted

Most wedding planners are built around the first time. We were built around the again. Again & Always plans vow renewals, second weddings, and milestone-anniversary celebrations — the moments that belong to couples whose love already has a history. There's something uniquely moving about a promise renewed: it isn't the nervous hope of a first wedding, but something deeper and more certain, made by two people who know exactly what they're choosing. For thirteen years we've designed these celebrations among the red rocks of Sedona, where the landscape feels as timeless as the love it honors. Whether you're renewing after twenty-five years, marrying again after loss or a fresh start, or finally having the celebration you never got — we plan it with warmth, care, and not a shred of judgment. Just joy.

How We Work

From Your Story to the Setting Sun

A gentle, unhurried process — the way a celebration of lasting love should be planned.

1

Your Story

We start by hearing your history — how you got here, what this moment means, and how you want it to feel.

2

The Setting

We find the red rock overlook, the golden-hour timing, and the intimate setting that fits your celebration.

3

Every Detail

Ceremony, design, guests, and logistics — all shaped around your story and handled entirely by us.

4

The Moment

Our team runs the whole day, so you can be fully present for the vows, the faces, and the setting sun.

The Setting

Where Timeless Love Meets Timeless Land

There's a reason we plan among the red rocks. Sedona doesn't feel new — it feels ancient, warm, and enduring, exactly like the love it hosts. For a couple renewing a promise they've already kept for decades, no ballroom could ever say what a sandstone cathedral glowing at golden hour says without a word. We know these overlooks and canyons intimately: which one catches the last light, which one holds a small group in perfect intimacy, which one will make your grown children go quiet. We design your celebration to let all of it lead — warm textures, an earthy palette drawn from the rocks themselves, and styling that frames the setting rather than competing with it. The result feels less like a wedding you attended and more like a moment the landscape was always waiting to hold.

Couples We've Celebrated

Words From Love That Lasted

After twenty-five years and three kids, we wanted to say it all again — this time just for us, in a place that took our breath away. Again & Always understood exactly what we were feeling. They planned an intimate ceremony on a red rock overlook at sunset that was more moving than our first wedding. Our grown children cried. So did we. It was the best day we've had together in years.

A second wedding in your fifties comes with a lot of feelings, and no small amount of logistics. Again & Always handled all of it with such warmth and zero judgment. They made our small, blended-family celebration feel every bit as special and considered as any first wedding — more, honestly, because it was so completely us. We felt seen the entire way through.

We eloped thirty years ago and always regretted not having a real celebration. Again & Always gave us the wedding we never had — our whole family, the red rocks glowing, and a moment to renew everything we'd promised. They thought of details we'd never have imagined, and made two people in their sixties feel like the only couple in the world. Pure magic.

Good Questions

Vow Renewal & Second Wedding Questions, Answered

Is a vow renewal different from a wedding to plan?

In feeling, yes — beautifully so. There's no legal paperwork and often no 'rules' to follow, which means a vow renewal can be shaped entirely around what's meaningful to you. In practice, the planning is much the same: a setting, a ceremony, guests, design, and logistics. We handle all of it, and we lean into the freedom a renewal gives you to make it deeply personal.

We're having a second wedding — will it feel as special?

More, in our experience. A second wedding is planned by two people who know exactly what matters to them, which makes for celebrations that are wonderfully authentic and free of anyone else's expectations. We bring the same care, design, and full-service planning we'd bring to any wedding — often with even more heart, because the story behind it runs so deep.

Can you plan a small, intimate celebration?

Intimate is our favorite. Many of our celebrations are ten to thirty guests — just the people who matter most, on a red rock overlook at golden hour. We design small gatherings to feel every bit as considered and moving as a large wedding, with the added magic that everyone present is truly part of the moment.

We're not local — can you plan it for us?

Absolutely, and most of our couples plan from out of state. Video calls, detailed digital plans, and our deep local knowledge of Sedona are all it takes. We're your eyes and ears on the ground here, from choosing the perfect overlook to arranging everything for your guests, so you can plan with complete confidence from anywhere.

How far in advance should we plan?

Six to twelve months is comfortable for most vow renewals and second weddings, though we've planned beautiful intimate celebrations in far less time. If you have a specific anniversary date or a favorite red rock setting in mind, earlier is better — the golden-hour slots at the most moving overlooks are worth booking ahead.

How is your pricing structured?

After an initial conversation we provide a clear proposal with a flat planning and design fee based on your celebration's scope. Any vendor, design, and travel costs are tracked transparently in your budget throughout, so you always know exactly where things stand — no vague percentages, ever.
