Made For Property Managers
Danforth started in 2015 lighting a few storefronts on Wealthy Street. Today we light more than 180 West Michigan properties every season, from single buildings to whole business districts. We know what managers need: a clear proposal by September, certificates of insurance on file, installs scheduled around your tenants and one person to call when something goes dark.

What Our Clients Say
We manage four retail centers and Danforth handles all of them. One proposal, one invoice, every property lit the week before Thanksgiving, and the lifts are gone before our tenants open in the morning.
Our HOA board used to argue about the entrance lights every fall. Now Danforth sends a design in August, we approve it, and it just happens. They even store the clubhouse tree.
Their crew wrapped forty street trees in two nights without closing a lane. When a section went dark during the parade weekend, they had it fixed by noon.

Commercial Lighting FAQ
How much does commercial Christmas lighting cost?
Most single-building projects start around $3,500, and multi-site contracts are priced together. Every proposal is a fixed price that includes design, materials, installation, service calls, removal and storage.
When should we book?
July through September. That gives us time for a site visit, a design and your budget approval before installs begin in late October.
Can you work around our tenants or shoppers?
Yes. Most commercial installs happen after hours or before opening, and we coordinate lift placement with your property team.
Do you provide certificates of insurance?
Yes. We carry $2 million in general liability and send certificates naming your company before any work starts.
Do you own the lights, or do we?
Either. Most clients lease ours, which we maintain and store. If you'd rather own them, we'll quote that too and still store them for you.
What happens if something goes out?
Call or email and a crew is on site within 24 hours, any day through the end of the season.
