To request a refund reply to the payment receipt email you received from us so we can refund the correct payment. Or, just email us on if you cannot find it.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of your request. It can take a few days for the refund to appear on your card statement.

How long do I have to request for a refund?

You have 90 days from the date of the charge to request a full refund.

Do I have to give a reason for requesting a refund?

You do not have to provide any reason for requesting a refund. It would still be great if you could give us a very brief reason so we can use it to improve our service.
