Creator Program Terms

Last updated: September 17, 2026

These are the terms of the Zarla creator program, which pays people who send new customers to Zarla and who make videos about it. You join it either by applying at zarla.com/creators or by using Refer and earn inside your Zarla account. Both doors lead to the same program, with the same rates and the same rules. You accept these terms when you apply, and when you use Refer and earn.

They apply alongside the Zarla Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply to you. The program runs on our partner platform, Dub, whose own partner terms also apply to your partner account and to payouts. Where these terms and the Terms of Use say different things about the program, these terms apply to the program. "Zarla", "we" and "us" mean Zarla Inc.

1. Who can join

You can take part if all of the following are true:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
  • The information you give us when you apply, or that is on your Zarla account, is accurate and stays accurate.
  • If you submit videos, the accounts you post them from are public, are yours, and are verified on your partner profile.
  • You hold one partner account. If you applied with one email address and your Zarla account uses another, tell us so we can merge them; a referral is never paid twice.
  • Taking part, and being paid, is legal where you live.

We read every application and reply either way. We can decline an application, or later remove someone from the program, if we reasonably think the program is being used in a way these terms do not allow, and we can end anyone's participation on 30 days' notice for any reason. Zarla team members can open the dashboard to see what customers see, but are not paid for referrals.

2. Your link and how referrals are counted

You get a personal link on go.zarla.com. When someone clicks it, our website remembers that click for 90 days. If that person creates a new Zarla account within those 90 days, they become your referral, and you earn commission on what they pay Zarla during their first 12 months as a paying customer. If someone clicks more than one creator's link, the most recent click before they sign up counts.

A sign-up does not count as your referral when:

  • the person already had a Zarla account, whichever link they clicked later;
  • the account is yours, or is owned or controlled by you or your business;
  • you paid, rewarded or otherwise induced the person to sign up, other than by sharing your link and your honest view of Zarla;
  • the account is a duplicate, was created by a machine, or was created to earn a reward rather than to use Zarla;
  • the person signs up on a different device or browser from the one they clicked on, or their browser blocked or cleared the click cookie before they signed up, so the cookie is not there;
  • the person's browser sent a Global Privacy Control signal, or they had opted out of tracking on our website, in which case we set no cookie at all.

Referrals, clicks, sign-ups and sales are recorded by the partner platform and shown in your dashboard. Those records decide what you are paid, unless we find a clear error.

3. What we pay

The current rates are published on the rate card at zarla.com/creators and shown in your dashboard. There are three rewards, and you can earn all of them:

  • Commission: a share of every payment your referred customers make to Zarla during their first 12 months as a paying customer, counted from their first payment. It covers plan payments, renewals and credit top-ups. Payments that are refunded or disputed are not commissionable; if a commission has already been paid on one, we deduct it from your next payout.
  • View bonus: a bonus on a video about Zarla once it passes the view threshold on the rate card, growing with the views it has when you submit it, up to the cap on the rate card. The bonus is a bounty in your dashboard, one for each of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X, and the conditions shown on the bounty are part of these terms. The stable ones: the video is posted after you joined, from an account verified on your partner profile; it shows a real site built on Zarla and says "Zarla"; it carries the disclosure in section 5 and follows the content rules there, which include not quoting prices and not naming other website builders; it is submitted through your dashboard with a link to the post once it passes the threshold; views are the platform's public view count at the time you submit, and views we judge to be bought or automated do not count. Each video is submitted once, on one platform: a repost elsewhere, or a later resubmission of the same video, is not a second video. Each bounty carries its own submission limit, currently four submissions a month on each platform's bounty.
  • Ad licence: a fee when we choose to run one of your videos as a Zarla advertisement. This is by invitation. We message you in your dashboard when we have picked a video; you accept by submitting the ad-licence bounty with the link to the post and a download link to the original file, and the fee is earned when we approve that submission. The licence itself is in section 6. Unsolicited submissions are declined.

We decide in good faith, on the platform's public records and the partner platform's checks, whether a submission qualifies, and that decision is final. Bounties run for the dates shown in your dashboard and may end, change or be replaced when that period ends; the end date shown on a bounty is its notice. We can change the rates and the program from time to time. We give at least 30 days' notice in your dashboard or by email before lowering the commission rate, and a change never reduces a reward that has already been confirmed.

4. When and how you are paid

A commission is confirmed 30 days after the payment it is based on, so that refunds and disputes are settled first. A view bonus or an ad licence fee is confirmed when we approve the submission. Confirmed rewards appear in your dashboard as ready to pay.

We review and release payouts by hand, usually within 30 days of a reward being confirmed. Payouts are made in US dollars through the partner platform to the payout method you connect there, such as a bank account or PayPal. There is currently no minimum payout amount. We pay the partner platform's payout fee; your bank or PayPal may charge you to receive the money, and currency conversion is at your bank's rate.

Before you are paid, the partner platform may ask you for identity or tax information. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn, and for declaring it where you live. We deduct any tax we are legally required to withhold, and we cannot pay you if sanctions, payments law or your payout provider's rules prevent it.

We can hold a payout while we look into activity that appears to break these terms. Rewards connected with a breach are reversed. For the conduct listed in section 5 under "Promote your link honestly", your participation ends and the rewards connected with that conduct are forfeited; where the conduct was deliberate or repeated, all unpaid rewards are forfeited. If a payout was already made on a reward that is later reversed, we deduct it from future payouts or ask you to return it.

5. Disclosure and content rules

Say that you are paid. Every post that carries your link or is submitted for a bonus must disclose your connection to Zarla in the way the rules where you live require: in the US, the Federal Trade Commission's endorsement guides, which means the platform's paid-partnership label or #ad in the caption where it is easy to see; in Australia, the ACCC's guidance; in the UK, the ASA and CMA rules. We do not approve videos without a disclosure.

Say what you think, truthfully. There is no script. A few limits:

  • Only describe what Zarla actually does, and what you actually experienced. Show it rather than claim it.
  • Do not promise outcomes Zarla does not promise, such as guaranteed Google rankings, guaranteed recommendations from AI assistants, or guaranteed customers.
  • Do not quote prices. If you talk about cost, point people to zarla.com/pricing, because prices change. Do not advertise discounts or offers that Zarla has not published.
  • Do not name or compare other website builders in a video you submit for a bonus, and never make false or disparaging statements about other companies or their products.
  • Do not present yourself as Zarla, as an employee, or as an official Zarla account, and do not put Zarla in a username, page name, app name or domain name.

Promote your link honestly. The following are not allowed. Any of them ends your participation and forfeits the rewards connected with it, and deliberate or repeated conduct forfeits all unpaid rewards:

  • Referring yourself, your own businesses, or accounts you control, or creating accounts for other people.
  • Buying search advertising on the word Zarla, its misspellings, or Zarla product names, or using Zarla in advertisement copy or display URLs.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages, or posting your link where it is not welcome.
  • Paying or rewarding people to sign up, or listing Zarla on coupon, cashback or reward sites in a way that implies an offer Zarla has not made.
  • Hiding the link, forcing clicks, setting the click cookie without a real click, buying or automating views, or otherwise tampering with tracking.
  • Placing your link alongside content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights.

6. Your videos and our brand

You keep ownership of what you make. When you submit a video for a view bonus, you allow us to link to it, embed it, and reshare it on our own channels in the ways the platform allows, with credit to you, for as long as it stays public.

When we approve an ad-licence submission, you grant Zarla a non-exclusive, worldwide licence for six months from the approval to use that video, and your name, handle and likeness as they appear in it, in paid advertising on any platform, including running it as an ad from your own account through the platform's ad code, which you agree to provide. We may trim it, add captions or an end card, and adapt its format, without changing the substance of what you say, and we may pass the licence on to the advertising platforms and agencies that place ads for us. The licence continues for its six months even if you leave the program or take the post down. You confirm that you own the video, that everyone who appears or is heard in it has agreed to this use, with a parent or guardian agreeing for anyone under 18, and that any music in it is licensed for advertising or can be replaced by us. The fee on the rate card is the full payment for this licence.

We give you a limited licence to use the Zarla name and logo, as supplied in the program's brand assets, to describe and promote Zarla while you take part. Do not alter the logo, and stop using it when you leave the program.

7. Privacy

To run the program, our partner platform, Dub, holds your name, email address, the details of the accounts you post from, your payout details and your program activity, on our behalf. If you use Refer and earn in your account, we create your partner record there with your name and email address the first time you open it. Our Privacy Policy describes this in full.

You do not receive the names or contact details of the people you refer, and you must not try to identify them. Your own promotion must respect privacy and anti-spam law where you and your audience live.

8. Changes, leaving and ending

We may change these terms. For material changes we give at least 30 days' notice in your dashboard or by email; the new terms apply from the date in the notice, and taking part after that date means you accept them.

You can leave the program at any time by emailing hello@zarla.com. We can end your participation on 30 days' notice for any reason, we can end it at once if you break these terms, and we can end the program itself on 30 days' notice. When your participation ends, we pay every reward that is confirmed on or before the end date, less anything reversed or forfeited under sections 4 and 5, and any reward that becomes confirmed in the following 30 days; commission does not continue beyond that.

We may transfer these terms to a successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of Zarla's business; you may not transfer your participation or your link to anyone else. After your participation ends, section 6 continues for the length of any licence, sections 7 and 9 continue, and so do the parts of sections 2 and 4 about records, reversals and repayment.

9. Our relationship and limits

You take part as an independent business, not as an employee, agent or representative of Zarla. You cannot make promises on Zarla's behalf. You are not required to promote Zarla exclusively, and we do not guarantee any level of earnings, traffic or approvals: what you earn depends on what you post and who it reaches.

The disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration and governing-law sections of the Terms of Use apply to the program as if written here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Our total liability to you in connection with the program is limited to the rewards payable to you under these terms in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Contact

Questions about the program or these terms: email hello@zarla.com and mention the creator program. Already a creator? Your dashboard is where every click, sign-up, sale and payout shows up.
