Website builder for marketing agencies

Build it in 30 seconds. Rank it #1 on Google.

Zarla is the AI website builder purpose-built for local-marketing agencies. Sites load in under a second, score 100/100 on Google’s SEO audit, and ship with the entire local-SEO stack inside. One person can deliver and maintain hundreds of client sites. No code. No plugins. No offshore devs.

The website builder

One person. Hundreds of sites. Without a single line of code.

Zarla’s AI does the work that used to take a designer, a developer, and a copywriter on every project. Your team becomes one strategist who can ship — and maintain — more client sites than a 5-person agency used to.

Describe a client. Get a finished site.

Tell Zarla what your client does and where they operate. Out comes a complete site — industry-specific copy, layout, design, SEO, contact form. Your team spends the meeting refining, not staring at a blank canvas.

Edit by chat — no editor learning curve

Type "make the headline punchier" or "add a testimonials section." It happens. Every operator on your team can edit every client site after a five-minute walkthrough.

One operator. Hundreds of client sites.

Switch between accounts without re-logging in. The work that used to need a developer, a designer, and a copywriter on every project now needs one strategist and an afternoon.

Hand off without losing control

Transfer a finished site to your client's account when you want. They get chat-based editing for small changes; you keep the strategy retainer. Or hold the account yourself and bill it through.

Power-user mode

Plug Zarla into Claude and ChatGPT. Build sites by chatting.

Zarla ships with a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Your AI does the research, intel, and copy — your AI fans out across the open web, reads your client’s competitors, drafts the messaging, picks the photos. Zarla does the building, SEO, and publishing — generating pages, schema, sitemaps, hosting, the lot. Same chat. One workflow.

New client: Glasgow Pro Plumbers. Research their top three local competitors. What do they rank for, what services do they highlight, what’s missing? Then build them a site that targets the gaps and beats those competitors on local SEO.

On it. Pulling competitor pages and ranking data first, then drafting positioning and building.

  • Research, then build — in one chat. Your AI does the web research, competitor analysis, and copy drafting. Zarla executes the build, SEO, and publish. Two superpowers, one conversation.
  • 32 MCP tools, full coverage. Site creation, page generation, copy edits, design tokens, image uploads, SEO, products, leads, publish — every Zarla capability callable from chat. See spec §53 for the full list.
  • Bulk-edit across clients. “Update the hero CTA on every electrician client to mention 24-hour emergency call-outs.” Runs across every matching site. Used to be a junior’s afternoon; now it’s one chat message.
  • Token-scoped & audited. Bearer tokens scoped to your account. Every MCP-driven change shows in the dashboard audit log. Revoke access in one click.
  • Open protocol, not lock-in. MCP is an Anthropic-maintained open standard now supported by Claude, ChatGPT, and the major AI coding tools. Your existing workflow gets Zarla’s hands — no proprietary SDK to learn.

Take over a client in an afternoon

Import the old site. Match the old look.

Most agency onboarding starts with a client who already has a website — and a visual identity they don’t want to lose. Zarla pulls their existing site in as a starting point, then matches the look-and-feel automatically. The client gets a faster, SEO-optimised, fully managed version of the site they already love.

Step 1Import

Bring their existing site across

Point Zarla at any URL — WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, hand-coded, Webflow. Content, page structure, images, services, and contact details are pulled in as the starting schema. You spend the meeting refining, not rebuilding from scratch.

Migrating a client who’s locked into another platform used to be a week of dev work. Now it’s an afternoon of editing.

Step 2Match Style

Match the look-and-feel automatically

Show Zarla a reference site — your client’s current site, a competitor they admire, a design they shared on Pinterest. Zarla extracts the colour palette, typography, layout patterns, and tone, then applies them to the imported content.

Your client sees their brand on day one — only faster, mobile-perfect, and built to rank.

$3,000/mo$500/mo

Client’s cost, after Sam migrated them to Zarla

A small-business owner was being charged $3,000 a month by another agency for a WordPress site and SEO retainer. They were about to shut the business down — they couldn’t afford it anymore.

Sam, a Zarla agency partner, took the site over. Imported it into Zarla in a few hours. Within a few days the client had a faster, SEO-optimised, fully managed replacement — off WordPress, off the plugin maintenance treadmill, ranking on Google with the built-in local-SEO tools. Sam dropped the monthly cost to $500.

Client kept their business. Client kept their rankings. Sam kept the relationship — at a price the client could actually survive. That’s the unlock the import tool gives agencies.

What this unlocks for an agency

  • New client takeover — import their current site, keep the visual identity, ship the upgrade in one meeting. No "we’re replacing your whole website" objection.
  • Premium reference look without a designer — point Match Style at a $30k agency site you like. Get that aesthetic on your client’s SMB budget.
  • Agency-wide visual sweep — match every client site to your agency’s house style in a single afternoon, so everything you ship has a consistent feel.

Search Console integration

Connect every client's Google Search Console once. Live keyword rankings, click-through rates, impressions, and lost-position alerts — surfaced in the Zarla dashboard with a one-line "do this next" recommendation.

AI SEO Coach

Analyses each client's site, their competitors, and what their customers actually search for. Gives you specific moves in plain English — "add a 'gas leak detection' page," "swap H1 on /services" — not vague "improve your content" prompts.

Google Business Profile, synced

Reviews, posts, hours, photos, citations — managed from the Zarla dashboard, pushed to Google. No more logging into a GBP admin once a week for each client.

Schema, meta, sitemap, OG — automatic

Every page has its LocalBusiness schema, its meta title and description, its canonical URL, its OG card, its image alt text. No "did we set the schema on that one?" Every checkbox, every site.

AI-written copy, shaped for ranking

Copy isn't a blank canvas. Zarla writes the first draft using the queries small-business customers actually search for in each trade — informed by real search data, not generic templates.

Built-in analytics

Page views, lead sources, conversion rates, mobile/desktop split — already in the dashboard. No Google Analytics integration. No Plausible bill. No cookie banner debate.

No WordPress headaches

No plugins. No patches. No 3 a.m. “the site’s down” calls.

WordPress made sense in 2010. In 2026 it’s 30+ plugins per site, monthly security patches, PHP version conflicts, theme updates that break the homepage, and an offshore developer on retainer just to keep the lights on. Every plugin is a maintenance burden, a security hole, and a billing dispute waiting to happen.

Doesn't happen

One person on Zarla can maintain more client sites than a 5-person team on WordPress. That’s the difference.

Hosting, security, infrastructure

Built on Google Cloud. Without the Google Cloud bill.

Global CDN, every site

Every Zarla site is served from a globally-replicated edge network. There’s no “basic” tier with slow hosting.

HTTPS, DDoS, security — included

Free SSL on every domain. DDoS protection built in. No security plugin to install, configure, or patch.

Zero-downtime publishing

Every change goes live atomically. No staging-to-prod cutover. No “the site went down for 4 minutes during the update” emails to clients.

Performance is the default, not an upsell

Image optimisation, minified assets, lazy loading, modern image formats — all on by default for every site. There is no “Pro” tier that makes the site faster.

The rest of the client stack

Every tool your retainer touches. Already in Zarla.

Past the website and the SEO, your retainer probably promised a CRM, a booking link, a quote/invoice flow, monthly reporting, review management, and an ops cadence for the client. That used to be six tools. Now it’s six tabs in the same dashboard.

CRM & lead pipeline

Every form submission, callback request, and enquiry from a client's site routes into a per-client pipeline. Tag, assign, and follow up. Your team works one inbox; your client sees their own leads on their own dashboard. Replaces HubSpot, Pipedrive, Less Annoying CRM — one per client.

Booking & calendar

Clients take bookings directly from their site — services, durations, availability windows, automated confirmations and reminders. No iframe embeds, no "powered by Calendly" footer, no per-booking fees. The booking lives on their domain.

Quotes, invoicing & payments

Send AI-drafted quotes and invoices branded for your client — their logo, their colours, their payment terms. Online payment via Stripe, auto-reminders for unpaid invoices, paid/unpaid status in the dashboard. Replaces FreshBooks, QuickBooks, Wave.

Business to-do list

Zarla nudges your client about the operational things they always forget — verify their Google Business Profile, ask satisfied customers for reviews, post a weekly update, refresh seasonal hours. You stay strategic; the busywork runs itself.

Analytics & monthly reports

Page views, lead sources, conversion rates, mobile/desktop split, top-performing pages — already in the dashboard. One-click branded monthly report export for each client. Where a client has an AI Assistants check, the report also carries what ChatGPT and Google's AI said about them — counted and dated, in the same report your client already reads. No GA integration, no Plausible bill, no cookie banner debate.

Reviews & GBP sync

Pull Google Business Profile reviews onto every client site automatically. Push new posts and photos from Zarla to GBP. Citation gaps surfaced before they hurt rankings. The local-SEO loop your retainer pitches — visible, automated, and reviewable.

Agency partner program

We teach the local-SEO playbook. You own the relationship.

Zarla has the entire local-SEO stack inside the product. As a Zarla agency partner, you also get the playbook for when and how to use it: what to rank for in each industry, how to earn citations, how to push reviews, what content actually moves Maps.

  • Partner directory listing — thousands of small businesses land on Zarla to get online, and the ones who want it done for them need an agency. The directory points that demand at partners in their area — free, permanently.
  • Weekly office hours with our SEO team — bring a client situation, get a strategy.
  • Co-marketing — guest content, joint webinars, joint case studies on your client wins.
  • Branded client reports — the monthly performance reports you send clients carry your agency’s logo and name, not Zarla’s. Your reporting, your relationship — Zarla stays the engine underneath. (Client sites are Zarla-branded, and Business-plan sites can drop the “Made with Zarla” badge.)
  • Early access to new agency-dashboard features — bulk billing, custom reporting, agency-wide SEO views.

Agency FAQ

The questions you’d ask before bringing a client on.

Is there a partner program for agencies?

Yes. Become a Zarla Partner and you get a free listing in our partner directory (permanently — we never charge to be listed), weekly office hours with our SEO team, the local-SEO playbook, and early access to agency-dashboard features. Apply at zarla.com/partners/apply — it takes five minutes and every application is hand-reviewed, usually within 3 business days.

Will my clients see Zarla branding on their site?

Client sites on the Business plan can remove the "Made with Zarla" badge entirely. Where your brand really shows up is the client relationship: the monthly performance reports you send carry your agency's logo and name, not Zarla's. The admin dashboard stays Zarla-branded — you're using Zarla as your operating system, you're not pretending it isn't there.

How fast are Zarla sites, really?

On a recent paid client site (manaracare.com.au) Google PageSpeed Insights returned Performance 96, Best Practices 100, SEO 100, with a 0.8s Largest Contentful Paint and 0ms Total Blocking Time on desktop. Sites are served from Google Cloud's global CDN with HTTPS and DDoS protection by default. No CDN plugin to configure. No hosting upgrade to pitch.

We're a WordPress shop today. What's the migration story?

Zarla can pull your client's existing site (WordPress or otherwise) as a starting point — content, images, structure. You spend your time refining and ranking, not rebuilding from scratch. And every plugin you used to manage on their WordPress install is now either built in (SEO, forms, caching, security) or gone (the maintenance ones).

Can I edit a client's site after handoff?

Yes. You stay on as their strategist; Zarla is the operational backbone. Most clients won't touch the editor — you handle copy and design changes through your retainer, exactly like today.

How do my clients pay for their site?

Two patterns work. Either roll the cost into their retainer (you bill them, we bill you), or have them set up their own Zarla account and you manage it as their agency partner. Most partners pick the first — fewer invoices, more control.

What if a client wants to leave?

Their site is theirs. They can export it, point their domain elsewhere, or take over the account. No lock-in for them. No lock-in for you. If you bring them in and they leave, you don't owe us anything.

Does Zarla replace every tool I'd otherwise buy?

For most local-business clients, yes — site, local SEO, CRM, lead pipeline, booking, invoicing, reporting, analytics. If a client is married to a niche industry tool we don't replicate yet (a specialized field-service CRM, for example), Zarla still handles the rest of the stack. Tell us what's missing — we usually have a path.

Try it on one client. Then decide.

Free to build. No card. Set up a single client’s entire stack in an afternoon — site, SEO, CRM, lead pipeline, invoicing — and see if your retainer math works better.
