Report Abuse
Last updated: August 29, 2026
Zarla hosts websites built by small businesses. If you come across a site on Zarla that is being used for a scam, phishing, malware, impersonation, or other illegal activity, we want to know about it — and we act on reports quickly.
What to report
- Phishing — pages imitating a bank, delivery service, login screen, or another company to collect passwords, card numbers, or personal details.
- Scams and fraud — fake stores, investment or crypto schemes, “your account is locked” pages, or businesses that take payment and never deliver.
- Malware — sites that push downloads, browser extensions, or “updates” that are harmful.
- Impersonation — a site pretending to be a real business or person that it is not.
- Other illegal content — anything else that violates our Terms of Use (see section 3.3, Prohibited Uses).
How to report
Email abuse@zarla.com with the subject line “Abuse report” and include:
- The exact web address (URL) of the page or site;
- What is wrong, in a sentence or two;
- Any evidence you have — screenshots, messages you received, transaction details (never send passwords or full card numbers);
- How we can reach you if we need more information.
We can only act on websites that Zarla hosts. If the site is hosted elsewhere, a WHOIS lookup of the domain will usually show the hosting company and its abuse contact.
What happens next
Reports sent to abuse@zarla.com are reviewed by a person, not answered automatically. Reports involving phishing, malware, or payment scams are handled first. If a site violates our Terms of Use, we take it offline and, for serious or repeated violations, close the account behind it. We will let you know when we have acted, though we do not share details about other customers’ accounts. We never reveal who made a report to the site’s owner.
Copyright complaints
Copyright is handled through a separate legal process. If someone has copied your photos, text, or other work onto a Zarla-hosted site, see our Copyright & DMCA Policy and write to our designated agent at dmca@zarla.com.
Other requests
Questions about your personal data are covered by our Privacy Policy. If you are a Zarla customer whose site has been taken offline, reply to the notice we sent you or contact support from your dashboard. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first.
