Refund Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
Zarla offers a generous, no-questions-asked, 30-day refund policy on our paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid Zarla plan (Premium or Business) and change your mind within 30 days, we’ll refund you in full.
The Free plan is a build-and-preview sandbox — there is nothing to purchase and no charge is ever made, so there is nothing to refund. This policy applies to Premium and Business subscription charges.
How do I request a refund?
Reply to the payment-receipt email you received from us — that way we can match and refund the correct payment. If you can’t find the receipt, just email us at hello@zarla.com and we’ll take care of it.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 72 hours of your request. It can take a few more days after that for the refund to appear on your card or bank statement, depending on your provider.
How long do I have to request a refund?
You have 30 days from the date of the charge to request a full refund. For auto-renewing subscriptions, the 30-day window applies to the date of each charge.
Do I have to give a reason?
No. You don’t have to provide any reason for requesting a refund. It would still be great if you could share a brief one so we can use it to improve Zarla — but it’s entirely optional.
