Order and payment emails come from your business

Zarla now sends your order, gift card and invoice payment emails from your business name, so a customer who replies reaches you.

The phone and email printed in them are the contact details you confirmed in your settings.

If one of these emails doesn't send, the order, gift card or invoice says so, and you can send a download link, a gift card email or a payment receipt again in one tap.
