Price options are required and payment problems show clearly
Zarla now makes customers choose a price option before booking and says plainly when a payment couldn't be taken, so tiered bookings are priced right and nothing fails silently.
If a service has price options, they now sit right under it on your booking page and the customer has to pick one before continuing. The page shows “from $X” until they do, and the booking is charged at the option they chose, never the service's base price. A service with a single option picks it automatically.
If a payment can't start, the customer sees why in plain words and can try again without booking twice; if a card is charged but the confirmation is slow, they're told not to pay again. Your bookings list now marks any booking that expected a payment and didn't get one as “Awaiting payment” instead of “Upcoming”, with the reason and its own filter, and every booking email calls your business by its name.
- Each option's own duration is what your calendar blocks, what the reminder says, and what the time-slot picker fits.
- Customers who still owe a payment are told their time is held but not confirmed until they pay, instead of getting a premature confirmation.
- AI-suggested services no longer come with a price option that has no price.
