Import your customer list into Contacts
Zarla now keeps everyone you work with in one Contacts list and imports your customers from Xero or a spreadsheet, so they're ready to invoice.
Contacts sits right below Leads. It lists everyone your business deals with, one row each: people who asked for a quote, booked, joined your newsletter, paid an invoice or bought from your shop. Each one is tagged Customer, Lead or Subscriber, and you can search by name, email, company or phone, or download the list as a spreadsheet.
Import takes a CSV file from Xero, Google Contacts, Outlook or any spreadsheet. You check who's coming in, untick anyone you don't want, like suppliers, and say whether they've paid you before. Anyone already here with the same email isn't added twice, and you can undo an import for 7 days. Paid in cash? Mark them as a customer.
