Zarla now lets you design your quotes and invoices on one screen, so every document your customer gets looks like your business, not a form.
Open Design from Quotes or Invoices and you'll see a sample quote drawn with your real logo, colours and fonts. Pick one of four templates, resize or move the logo, swap which side your details sit on, choose a heading font and text size, set the accent colour, and decide which details print. Every change shows at once and saves on its own.
You set it once. The same design is used on the page your customer opens, in the email they get and in the PDF, for quotes and invoices alike. PDFs print on A4 or US Letter, and an open quote ends with a sign-and-accept section for anyone who'd rather put pen to paper.
