Set your own callout fee on quote requests

Zarla now lets you set, change or remove the callout fee on each quote request, so you decide what customers pay up front.

In Bookings, under Services, open the service with the arrow beside its name. With Inquiry as its Booking type, a Callout fee box appears: type an amount, or leave it empty for no fee. Tick the box beside it only if the fee comes off the final bill when a customer goes ahead, and your booking page tells them so.

Customers pay the fee online when they send the request, if your booking page takes payments. Without a fee, a quote request takes no payment, even when your other services take a deposit. Services we write for you start with no callout fee.

Two quote request services in Bookings: Bathroom Remodel Estimate with no fee tag, and Water Heater Replacement Quote opened, its row tagged with its callout fee, Booking type Inquiry, and a Callout fee box holding 95.00 beside a ticked Tell customers it comes off the final bill if they go ahead
The fee is yours to set, change or leave empty.
