Connect a Porkbun domain

Porkbun domains connect to Zarla in a few minutes — one gotcha to know about their default records.

Step 1 — Get your records from Zarla

1. In the sidebar, click Site settings → Domain → Manage domain →.
2. Click Connect existing and type your domain.
3. Zarla shows the three records to add. Keep this tab open.

Step 2 — Add them at Porkbun

1. Log in to Porkbun and open Domain Management.
2. Click your domain to expand its details, then open DNS Records (the DNS/Edit option).
3. Porkbun tip: new domains come with default records pointing at Porkbun's parking page (often ALIAS and CNAME records covering your whole domain). Delete those first — they conflict with the new setup.
4. Add each record exactly as Zarla shows it.

Step 3 — Verify in Zarla

Back in Zarla, click I've updated my DNS records. Verification usually completes within minutes; allow up to 48 hours for changes to spread. Zarla sets up HTTPS automatically.
