Your site comes with a contact form wired up and ready — when a visitor fills it in, the enquiry lands in your Leads inbox and you get an email notification. Nothing to set up.
How it works
- A visitor fills in the form on your published site (name, contact details, what they need).
- The enquiry appears instantly in Leads in your sidebar — see Viewing your leads.
- You also get an email notification so you can reply fast. Speed matters: most customers go with whoever responds first.
Change what the form asks
Click the form in the editor and tell the AI what you want:
- "Add a phone number field"
- "Ask which service they need, with a dropdown of my services"
- "Make the message field optional"
Change where notifications go
Notification emails go to your account email by default. To use a different address: Site settings → Notifications → Notification Email.
Tips
- Keep forms short — every extra required field loses real enquiries. Name, contact, and one question is the sweet spot.
- Forms only accept submissions on your published site. In the editor preview, submissions don't send.
