The Leads tool has three views — and the Pipeline view is where you track every job from first enquiry to won work, so nothing slips through the cracks.
The three views
Click Leads in the sidebar:
- Inbox — new enquiries land here. The New counter shows what you haven't read.
- Pipeline — your jobs as columns, from enquiry to won. Drag leads along as things progress, and you always know where every job stands.
- All leads — the full history, searchable.
Stay on top of follow-ups
The Follow up today counter at the top shows who's waiting on a reply from you. Speed wins jobs — most customers go with whoever responds first, so clearing this list daily is one of the highest-value habits in the app.
Add leads yourself
Someone called or texted instead of using your website form? Click New lead and add them by hand — the pipeline only works if every enquiry lives in it.
Let the AI help
The chat panel beside the list is your leads coach: ask it to draft a follow-up message, summarize where a job stands, or suggest who to chase first today.
