When your credits run out, the AI pauses — but nothing is lost. The request you just made is held, and as soon as you have credits again you can send it on its way.
Your options
On the free plan — your 75 starter credits are one-time. Upgrading to a paid plan gives you a monthly allowance (400 credits on Premium, 1,500 on Business) and unlocks publishing your site. The upgrade prompt appears right where you were working.
On Premium — three ways forward:
- Switch to Business — a much bigger monthly allowance (1,500 credits), available the moment you switch.
- Top up — buy a credit pack from the prompt in the editor, or from your site's card on the Billing page (Site settings → Plan → Manage all sites). Top-up credits are used after your monthly allowance and don't expire with the month.
- Wait for your refresh — your monthly allowance resets on your billing date.
On Business — top up from the prompt in the editor or from the Billing page, or wait for your refresh.
Good to know
- Your website, edits, and everything you've built are untouched — credits only limit new AI work.
- You can keep doing everything that doesn't use AI: rearranging sections yourself, uploading photos, viewing leads, publishing what you have.
- Upgrading from the free plan takes effect immediately — your monthly allowance is available the moment payment goes through.
