Billing questions

The short answers to the most common billing questions, and where everything lives.

How plans work

  • Zarla has two plans: Premium (everything you need to run a website that gets you customers) and Business (adds more AI, weekly reports, lower payment fees, and removes Zarla branding).
  • Plans are per site, and you choose a subscription length when you sign up — longer terms cost less per month. Current prices are always on the pricing page.
  • The free plan lets you build and preview for as long as you like; publishing needs a paid plan.

See or change your plan

In the sidebar, click Site settings, then in the Plan section click Manage all sites →. The Billing page shows each site's plan with buttons to:

  • Change plan — upgrade or switch plans.
  • Cancel — your site stays live until the end of what you've paid for.
  • Top up — when a site's AI credits run low, its credit meter shows a Top up button that opens your credit options: buy a credit pack, or on Premium switch to Business. Top-up credits never expire.
  • Invoices & card — receipts and payment details, in the secure Stripe portal.

Refunds

Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee — if Zarla isn't right for you in the first 30 days, contact support for a full refund, no hard feelings. For anything outside the 30 days, reach out anyway from the Help page and we'll look at it case by case.

Something looks wrong on your bill?

Contact support with the charge amount and date — billing questions go straight to a human, and we'll sort it out.
