Partner with Zarla — agencies, web designers & resellers

Yes — Zarla partners with the people who build and manage websites for others: marketing agencies, freelance web designers, local SEO consultants, and resellers. Here's what's on offer and how to get started.

The Zarla Partner program

Become a Zarla Partner and you get:

  • A free listing in the partner directory — permanently; we never charge to be listed or to stay listed. The directory is where small businesses who'd rather hire a professional than build it themselves come looking for help.
  • The Zarla Certified Partner badge for your website and proposals — it means a person at Zarla reviewed your work.

Applying takes about five minutes at zarla.com/partners/apply — one page, no account needed. A person reads every application, usually within 3 business days, and looks at your live client sites before listing you.

Building client websites on Zarla

You don't need to wait for an application to start working — agencies and freelancers build and manage client sites on Zarla today:

  • Build for a client — describe their business, Zarla generates the site, and you refine it by chat. Manage multiple client sites from one dashboard.
  • Hand off when you're ready — transfer a finished site to your client's own account, or keep it under yours and bill it through your retainer. See Transfer a site to another account.
  • Your brand in front of clients — client reports go out under your agency's name and logo, and sites on the Business plan can turn off the "Made with Zarla" badge. It's not a full white-label platform — the dashboard and editor stay Zarla's — but the client relationship is yours.
  • No lock-in — a client's site is theirs; they can take over the account or point their domain elsewhere whenever they choose.

The full picture for agencies — the SEO tooling, the client stack, how billing between you and your clients usually works — is at zarla.com/for-agencies.

Reselling Zarla

Resellers are welcome. Build client sites under your own account and resell Zarla as part of your service — you pay Zarla for the site's plan and bill your client as part of your retainer — or have the client hold the account and pay Zarla directly while you manage it. Have a different reseller arrangement in mind? Tell us about it (below) and we'll talk it through.

A different kind of partnership?

Want to partner or collaborate with Zarla some other way — an affiliate idea, a commission-on-referrals idea, a collaboration or co-marketing proposal, an integration, press, or something else entirely? We read every proposal:

  • Use the contact form and pick the topic that fits: Agencies & freelancers (agency and reseller partnerships), Perks & referral partners (referral and affiliate ideas — Creators & affiliates if you're a creator), Integrations & technology, Press & media, or General question for anything else. Add a couple of lines on what you're proposing.
  • Or tell us right here in support chat what kind of partnership you're after — a human picks up the same thread and replies.
