Every version of your site is kept safe automatically. Deleted a section by accident, made changes you regret, or the AI took something in a direction you don't like? Roll back in a few clicks.
Restore a version
- In the sidebar, click Edit Site.
- Open Backups — it's in the editor's left panel (and also under the Publish menu as "View and restore past versions").
- Browse the list of saved versions and restore the one you want. Your site returns to exactly how it was then.
Undo vs Backups
- Undo (the arrow in the top bar) — reverses your last edits, one step at a time. For "oops, not that".
- Backups — jumps back to a whole earlier version. For "it was better yesterday".
Good to know
- Your work saves automatically as you edit — backups happen without you thinking about them.
- Restoring changes your draft. Your live site only updates when you publish again, so you can restore, review, and then decide.
- You can also save a version deliberately before a big experiment — then explore freely, knowing the way back is one restore away.
