Collect Google reviews

For a local business, Google reviews are one of the strongest ranking signals there is — and the thing customers read before they call. Zarla helps you collect them steadily instead of hoping.

Set it up

  1. Click Get Found in the sidebar, then Reviews.
  2. Click Set it up → and follow the steps — it connects to your Google Business Profile so review asks point at the right place. (Not connected yet? Do Google Business Profile first.)

The habit that wins

Ask every happy customer, right after the job, while the goodwill is fresh:

  • The Documents tool has a ready-made Review Request — a polite ask with your review link, generated in seconds. See Create business documents.
  • Text beats email for busy customers — short message, one link, nothing to figure out.
  • Reply to every review you get (good or bad) — Google notices active profiles, and future customers notice how you handle criticism. The Prompt Library has a Write a review response prompt if you're stuck for words.

A steady trickle — one or two a week — beats a one-time blast, both for Google and for how genuine your profile reads.
