Once online booking is set up, the Bookings tool is where you run it day to day.
The three tabs
Click Bookings in the sidebar:
- Bookings — everything customers have booked, in one calendar-style view. This is your day's schedule.
- Services — what customers can book: names, durations, prices. Add Service for new ones, or Generate with AI to draft a set from your business type.
- Settings — your availability (working days and hours) and booking behavior.
Bringing in existing appointments
Already keep bookings somewhere else? Import brings them across so your Zarla calendar is complete from day one instead of split between systems.
Tips
- Keep durations honest — include your travel or reset time in the service duration, or back-to-back bookings will squeeze you.
- Change your hours in Settings before holidays; customers can only book slots you've made available.
