COMPARED SEPTEMBER 2026

Best website builders for chiropractors (2026)

We scored 5 website builders on the 9 things a chiropractic practice needs, the same way for all of them, including Zarla, which is ours.

Free to build · Pay when you publish

Key takeaways

  • Wix scored highest: 15 of 18 points across nine tests.
  • Pick by what matters most: if getting found on Google matters most to you, Zarla.
  • Zarla, which is ours, placed second of five, with 14 points; its weak spots are in the table like everyone else's.
  • None of the five gets a tick on "Local search set up for you".
  • Every competitor verdict comes from the builder's own pages, with the date we read it. When we asked ChatGPT, it named three of these builders, and not Zarla.

What's the best website builder for a chiropractor?

For most chiropractors, Wix is the best website builder: it scored highest, 15 of 18 across the nine tests we ran on five builders, and it does the most for booking, private intake and choosing a practitioner.

If getting found on Google matters most to you, pick Zarla.

The full scores are below, with every builder's weak spot, ours included.

Zarla for chiropractors, in plain facts

Zarla is an AI website builder for small businesses. Describe your chiropractic practice in a sentence and it writes the whole site, every page and every word, in about 30 seconds; after that you change it by typing what you want.

  • Customers book online or send you a request from your website, with no second booking subscription.
  • Price: Free to build and preview. You pay when you publish, on the Premium plan, which includes booking, the leads inbox and invoices.
  • Page speed: in our sample of real sites (Google PageSpeed, measured September 28, 2026), Zarla had the fastest median of the five builders here, 86 on phone and 99 on desktop. The samples differ (theirs are sites that rank on Google, ours random customer sites), as the method below explains.

Zarla doesn't sign a business associate agreement, so keep intake forms and anything clinical in a HIPAA-ready portal or form you link or embed, and keep the site's own form to a name, an email and a good time to call.

Not yet: clients can't choose who does their appointment as they book. If they need to, you link or embed another booking tool.

In this comparison: second of five, with 14 of 18 points.

THE SCORES

How do website builders for chiropractors compare?

THE LIST

The best website builders for chiropractors, ranked

  1. 1

    Wix

    Best for

Owners who care most about online booking, HIPAA-ready intake and patients choosing their chiropractor.

    What it costs

Core, the cheapest plan with bookings, is $29/mo billed yearly. Light is $17/mo without bookings, and there's a free plan on a wixsite.com address. (their pricing page, checked 28 Sept 2026)

    Features
    • An AI builder that writes your pages from a description
    • Aria, an AI agent in the Harmony editor that edits the site and adds pages by chat
    • Wix Bookings with online payments and deposits
    The Catch

Bookings need the Core plan rather than the cheapest one, and pages for each town you serve are yours to write.

  2. 2

    Zarla

    Best for

Owners who care most about getting found on Google.

    What it costs

Free to build and preview. You pay when you publish, on the Premium plan, which includes booking, the leads inbox and invoices.

    Features
    • Describe your practice in a sentence and Zarla writes a complete first draft in about 30 seconds, services and a first-visit section included
    • New patients book a first visit online, synced to your Google Calendar, with a call button and WhatsApp for the ones in pain
    • Type changes in plain words, or ask for a page per condition you treat, and the site updates
    The Catch

No business associate agreement, so the intake form and the history belong in your practice software's portal, with the site's booking kept to a name, a number and a time; patients can't choose their chiropractor as they book yet; and the chiropractic first draft has a map but no town pages. Zarla is also the newest name here.

  3. 3

    GoDaddy

    Best for

Handy if you already get your domain and email from GoDaddy.

    What it costs

Websites + Marketing plans are priced by country, and GoDaddy's page didn't show us a US price, so check it for yours. (their pricing page, checked 28 Sept 2026)

    Features
    • Airo writes a first website for your business in Websites + Marketing
    • Online appointments with a deposit
    • Photo attachments on the contact form
    The Catch

Editing by chat, and asking the AI for new pages later, happen in Airo AI Builder, a separate GoDaddy product with its own credits; in Websites + Marketing, pages for each town you serve are yours to write.

  4. 3

    Squarespace

    Best for

Good if polished design matters most and you don't mind adding a separate booking tool.

    What it costs

Basic is $19/mo and Core $29/mo, billed yearly, after a 14-day free trial. Online booking is a separate Acuity Scheduling subscription. (their pricing page, checked 28 Sept 2026)

    Features
    • Blueprint AI writes a multi-page starting site
    • Design-led templates
    • Invoices and online payments on every plan
    The Catch

Booking, choosing a doctor and HIPAA-ready intake all live in Acuity Scheduling, a second subscription on top of the website plan, with the agreement on Acuity's Powerhouse or Premium plan.

  5. 3

    WordPress.com

    Best for

For owners who want full control and don't mind choosing and looking after plugins.

    What it costs

Personal is $4/mo billed yearly; form file uploads need Business, $25/mo billed yearly. Plugins can add their own cost. (their pricing page, checked 28 Sept 2026)

    Features
    • An AI website builder on paid plans
    • An AI assistant that edits and creates pages, on every paid plan
    • Thousands of plugins
    The Catch

Booking, reviews and invoices each come from a plugin you choose, may pay for and keep updated, so the setup and upkeep are on you. Photo uploads on forms need the Business plan.

What should a chiropractic practice website include?

Somebody in pain, or a patient sent over by their physician, is deciding whether this clinic can see them this week and whether it takes their insurance. The site answers both before they have to call, and keeps the health history off the website.

  • What you treat, one page each. Low back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches, sports injuries and prenatal care, each in the words a patient uses to search, with the techniques you use.
  • What a first visit involves, and costs. The exam, whether you take X-rays, how long it takes, your cash price, and any new-patient offer your state's rules allow.
  • The insurance you take. The plans you're in network with, whether you bill auto-injury claims, and what a visit costs without insurance.
  • Your doctors. Each chiropractor's Doctor of Chiropractic degree, license, training and technique, and the massage therapist if you have one, so a patient can book by name.
  • A booking, and the intake in the portal. A Book button on every page, a call button for the patient who can't wait, and a link to your practice software's portal for the intake form and history.

How did we score the website builders?

The 9 tests, and what it takes to get a tick:

  • New patients book a first visit online. Somebody in pain books the first clinic with an opening this week, often from a phone in a car park. Tick: the first visit books on your site, on the website plan. Dash: the booking runs in a second subscription, a plugin or your practice software.
  • Intake forms kept private under HIPAA. In the US, an intake form that asks about the injury and the history needs a business associate agreement with whoever stores the answers. Tick: the builder signs that agreement and its own forms can take the history. Dash: the website has no agreement, so intake lives in your practice software's portal or a HIPAA-ready form linked from the site. Cross: nothing can be linked or embedded.
  • Patients choose their chiropractor. A clinic with two doctors and a massage therapist books by name: the regular wants their own DC, the new patient wants whoever is free first. Tick: patients choose the practitioner, or anyone, as they book, on the website plan. Dash: it needs a second subscription, an app or a plugin, or another booking tool.
  • Finished first draft. Thirty adjustments a day leave no afternoon for a website. The first draft should take less time than one of them. Tick: it writes the whole site, pages and words, from a description of your business. Dash: templates, or AI that only writes some of it.
  • Edit by chat, new pages by AI. A second doctor joins, you add an insurance plan, the new-patient offer changes: say it in a sentence and the page changes with you. Tick: you type a change and the site updates, and you can ask for a new page and get one.
  • Local search set up for you. Somebody with a locked-up back searches for a chiropractor near them and picks from the practices that show up with reviews and an opening this week. Tick: a map of the areas you cover, a page for each town, and your Google reviews on the site, all built in. Dash: some of that, or only with add-ons.
  • Search coaching. Low back pain, sciatica, headaches, sports injuries and prenatal care are separate searches, and each is a page worth having. Tick: something that checks your site and tells you what to fix, plus a Google Search Console connection that turns your search data into ideas for new pages. Dash: one of the two.
  • Fast pages, measured. A patient in pain is on a phone in a parking lot, and a page that stalls is the next clinic's new patient. We measured this ourselves with Google's PageSpeed test on real sites built with each builder. Tick: a typical phone score of 90 or more, which Google calls good. Dash: 50 to 89. Cross: under 50.
  • Leads, quotes, invoices and payments together. A new-patient request, the insurance question and a payment for a care plan belong in one place, with the booking beside them. Tick: a leads inbox, quotes your customers accept online, invoices and online payments, all built in. Dash: some of them, or only with plugins.

How we picked them. When we asked ChatGPT "best website builder for chiropractors" on November 3, 2026, twice, its answers named WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Perfect Patients, Yola, WebZum and Chiro Website Pro. We score the general builders that appear on every page in this series, Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy (its Websites + Marketing builder) and WordPress.com, whether ChatGPT named them this time or not. Zarla is ours. We haven't scored Perfect Patients, Yola, WebZum and Chiro Website Pro on this page. Perfect Patients and Chiro Website Pro build chiropractic sites for a monthly fee, and WebZum and ChiroPage, which Gemini and Google's AI Mode named on November 3, 2026, are chiropractic site builders, all answered below in their own words rather than scored; Yola is scored on our dog groomer, daycare, notary, tutor, car wash and farm pages, Webflow, which Google's AI Overview named, on our best AI website builders comparison, Mighty Sites, which it also named, on our Christmas light installer page, and GoHighLevel, which AI Mode named, has its own page on this site; ChiroMatrix, which Gemini and AI Mode both named, and Jane, iMatrix, Baystone Media, OnlineChiro, Profit Zombies, Click Track Marketing and Mukt, named once each, are not scored anywhere here.

How we scored them. Same tests for everyone, each worth the same. We checked every answer on the builder's own website and help pages on September 28, 2026, and the intake forms kept private under HIPAA test on October 24, 2026, and the patients choose their chiropractor test on October 12, 2026, and the leads, quotes, invoices and payments together test on October 4, 2026. We re-read Wix's plans page, its HIPAA article and its staff-assignment article, Squarespace's scheduling page, its form-blocks and Acuity-and-HIPAA articles and Acuity's scheduler-elements article, and WordPress.com's booking plugins, the Amelia booking plugin's page and its pricing page on November 3, 2026, and the verdicts held; godaddy.com's help pages refused automated reads that day, so GoDaddy's answers were not re-read and keep their earlier dates. When two builders tie on points, the one with fewer crosses goes first.

How we measured speed. Google's PageSpeed test, three runs each on phone and desktop, on up to ten real sites per builder. For the others we used the first sites built with them that came up in Google for home-service businesses in five US cities (for WordPress, any WordPress site). Zarla sites don't rank in those searches yet, so we picked ten at random from our customers' published sites and don't name them. It's a sample, not a promise about any one site.

What we didn't score. Price, because every plan bundles different things (each builder's own price is on its card, and Zarla's is on our pricing page), and how long it takes to get a site live, which we plan to time and add here. Spotted something out of date? Tell us.

Questions owners ask

What should a chiropractic website have?

What you treat with a page per condition, what a first visit involves and costs, the insurance plans you take, your chiropractors with their degree, license and technique, real photos of the office, real reviews, a link to your intake forms in your patient portal, your hours and parking, and a Book button and a call button on every page. The booking, intake and choose-your-doctor tests above show which builders do those without another tool. Our guide to starting a chiropractic practice covers the license, the credentialing and the first lease.

Do I need Perfect Patients, ChiroPage, WebZum or Chiro Website Pro instead of a builder?

They do different jobs, and their own pages say what each costs. Perfect Patients is a marketing company: its page is headed "Chiropractic Marketing That Fills Your Schedule With New Patients You Love Seeing", asks "Why Have 5000+ Chiropractors Chosen Perfect Patients?", says "We handle everything from website updates, to AI-optimized content, to campaign optimization." and prints no price, only "Get Your Perfect Plan Recommendation + Pricing. Take the Quiz »"; iMatrix, in the same business, says "iMatrix specializes exclusively in digital marketing for chiropractors, veterinarians, and eye care professionals." and prints no price either. Chiro Website Pro builds the site for you on "simple monthly plans with no contracts and no setup fees": "Level 1 — from $199/mo.", "Level 2 — from $397/mo." and "Level 3 — from $597/mo." ChiroPage sells "Professionally designed chiropractic websites with unlimited updates included, month to month." at "Every design, all-inclusive, $69/month.", with "No contracts. No setup fees. Lifetime price lock on your design." WebZum is a builder, "The website builder for chiropractor offices, from solo DCs to group practices.", at "Basic is $19/mo, Professional is $34/mo.", where "Type what you want in the editor chat and the site changes." Jane's websites page, for practices that already run on Jane, says "A Jane Website is $59 per month" and "Your Jane Website can link directly to your online booking page, so patients can find you and book an appointment right away."; Click Track Marketing, an agency Google's AI Overview named, builds "From $297/mo" on a "12-mo minimum". We read all seven on November 3, 2026, and none of them is scored here. The choice the assistants keep drawing is the real one: a builder gives you the tools and the keys, a company writes the chiropractic copy and runs the updates for a monthly fee. The table above shows what each builder does on its own, and your practice software's portal carries the intake form either way.

Which website builder do ChatGPT, Gemini and Google recommend for a chiropractor?

Wix and Squarespace for a site you build yourself, a chiropractic company for one built for you, and none of them named Zarla. When we asked ChatGPT "best website builder for chiropractors" on November 2, 2026, twice with web search on, it named Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, Acuity, Yola and GoDaddy, without naming Zarla in either answer; Gemini named Squarespace, Acuity, Showit and WordPress, reading seven chiropractic design-company pages; Google's AI Mode named Wix, WordPress, Elementor, Squarespace and Acuity, reading a Reddit thread and two healthcare lists. Asked again on November 3, 2026, ChatGPT put WordPress first in one run, "(Best overall for SEO)", with Wix, Squarespace, Perfect Patients and Yola behind it, and opened the other with "Wix is the best all-around DIY option, while WebZum and Chiro Website Pro are worth considering if you want a website specifically built for chiropractic practices.", warning in both that a contact form isn't a HIPAA form, "Don't assume a regular website contact form is HIPAA compliant."; it read our therapists guide in the second run. Gemini named Squarespace "(Best Overall DIY)", Wix "(Best for Feature Integration)", ChiroPage "(Best Budget-Friendly Managed Option)" and ChiroMatrix, OnlineChiro and Profit Zombies as "(Best Full-Service Chiropractic Marketing Suites)"; AI Mode sorted the field into "1. Best for DIY & Design Control: Squarespace or Wix", "2. Best Specialized / Done-For-You: ChiroPage or Baystone Media" and "3. Best for Advanced Practice Automation: GoHighLevel". Google's AI Overview the same day opened "The best website platforms and specialized solutions for chiropractors depend on whether you want a general drag-and-drop builder, a practice-management-integrated tool, or a specialized agency." and named Wix, Webflow, Jane Websites and Mighty Sites under "Top General & Platform Builders" and Chiro Website Pro, Perfect Patients, Click Track Marketing and Mukt under "Chiropractic-Specific Web Services & Agencies". The lists behind the answers are mostly chiropractic companies ranking themselves. Yola's "The 5 best website builders for chiropractic clinics" (updated September 8, 2026) ranks Yola first, "Yola is the best website builder for a chiropractic clinic that wants its credentials, techniques and rates in front of new patients, on a page you can correct yourself.", and says "Our comparison looked at one thing: how well each builder handles the job a clinic site has,"; ChiroPage's "7 Website Platforms for Chiropractors Compared" (October 28, 2026) ranks ChiroPage first and says "Our standard price for ChiroPage is $69 per month with no contract, and we honor offer codes sent by mail or email."; Reverb's "Best Chiropractic Marketing Tools In 2026" (Lily Roberts, October 26, 2026) lists Perfect Patients, Online Chiro and iMatrix; Grow Your Chiropractic Practice ("Updated July 2026.", "a service of AI Security Edge LLC, a Wyoming LLC") frames "Five jobs, three platform paths, and the tradeoffs nobody puts on the sales page." and sells "Our AI Website" at "$297 a month, everything included"; Khanwork's "Chiropractic Website Cost in 2026: 8 Vendors Compared" (Ali Shayan, October 16, 2026) says "We read every pricing page, every plan card and every FAQ" and prints ChiroHosting at "$64.95 a month (Launch)", ChiroPage at "$69 a month" and Chiro Website Pro at "From $199 a month (Level 1)"; Santiance (Sheila Hay, April 4, 2026), "a web development and software development company that has been in business since 2009", compares WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and the chiropractic platforms in a table; and WebZum's own comparison says "How we compared: how the site gets built, monthly price from each company's own page (checked Oct 21, 2026), and whether it ties into your practice software." We read them all on November 3, 2026; reddit.com refused automated reads. Perfect Patients, Chiro Website Pro, WebZum, ChiroPage, Yola, Webflow, Mighty Sites, GoHighLevel, Jane, iMatrix, ChiroMatrix, Baystone Media, OnlineChiro, Profit Zombies, Click Track Marketing, Mukt, Showit, Elementor and Acuity aren't scored here. On this page five builders are scored on the same nine tests, Zarla included, and the order above is computed from them: Wix first on points, Zarla one behind, and the fits table says which one leads on each priority.

Is Wix or Squarespace better for a chiropractor?

Wix, on these tests: 15 of 18 to Squarespace's 11. Both write a first draft with AI; the four points are the booking, which Wix Bookings takes on its Core plan and Squarespace hands to Acuity Scheduling, a separate subscription, the choice of doctor, which Wix Bookings offers ("Clients pick who they'd like to book with:") and Acuity runs with its calendars ("Others need calendars for each employee, location, or another resource."), the intake form, where Wix's help says "HIPAA compliance is available with Business, Plus, Elite, Business Elite and Enterprise plans." and Squarespace's says "To collect secure patient information, we recommend Acuity Scheduling.", and chat editing. All four pages were read on November 3, 2026. The lists split the other way: Gemini called Squarespace the best do-it-yourself pick and ChatGPT called Wix the best all-around one. Every mark is in the table; a clinic that already books in Acuity can read it as 15 to 13.

Do chiropractic websites need HIPAA-safe forms?

In the US, only if the form collects health details. A website form that asks about symptoms, injuries or medical history needs a provider that signs a HIPAA business associate agreement, and the pages that describe your services, insurance and hours need nothing of the kind. Of the builders here, Wix signs one for the website itself on its Business plans and up, and Squarespace signs one for Acuity Scheduling, a separate subscription, on Acuity's Powerhouse or Premium plans; both read on their help pages on November 3, 2026. On the others, including Zarla, keep the website's booking to a name, a phone number and a time, and keep the intake form and history in your practice software's patient portal, linked from the site. Outside the US the equivalent is your privacy and health-records law: the Privacy Act and state health records acts in Australia, UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act in the UK. Confirm the details with your compliance advisor.

Can I advertise a free first exam on my chiropractic website?

In the US, often, with conditions that vary by state and a federal limit for Medicare and Medicaid patients; Florida, for example, requires an ad for a free or discounted service to carry a statement about the patient's right to refuse to pay for other services performed within 72 hours. Every builder here can put a new-patient offer on the page; our chiropractor website builder page has the detail. Make only claims you can back up, and check your state chiropractic board's advertising rules before you publish.

Can new patients book a chiropractic visit online?

On most of them. Zarla, Wix (from its Core plan) and GoDaddy take bookings on the website plan; Squarespace needs Acuity Scheduling, a separate subscription, and WordPress.com a booking plugin. The booking asks for a name, a number and a time and nothing about the back; the intake form waits in your portal, and the patient who can't wait until tomorrow gets a call button next to Book.

Is this the right guide for a massage therapist or a physical therapist?

A physical therapist reads this page: the tests are the same, with the choice of therapist in place of the choice of chiropractor. A massage therapist has its own page, which scores a massage booked online, a deposit and monthly memberships, and a dentist has its own, with a smile gallery in place of choosing a doctor. A clinic that employs both a chiropractor and a massage therapist reads this page, because booking by name is the test that decides it.

How long does it take to make a chiropractic practice website?

With Zarla, the first draft takes about 30 seconds: every page, written for your chiropractic practice, including an inquiry form and a map with directions. What's left is your insurance list, your doctors' photos and your hours. Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy and WordPress.com can also write a first draft with AI; how long the rest takes depends on how much you set up yourself. We haven't timed them side by side yet.

Which website builders let patients choose their chiropractor?

Wix has it built in. It takes another tool or a workaround on Zarla (clients can't pick who yet; embed a booking app); GoDaddy (no client choice of staff in its help; embed a tool); Squarespace (clients pick staff in Acuity, a separate subscription); WordPress.com (with a booking plugin). We read each on the builder's own pages on October 12, 2026.

Which website builders are HIPAA compliant for a chiropractic website?

In the US, HIPAA covers the patient health information a practice collects, not the pages that describe its services, so the question is whether the builder signs a business associate agreement and lets its forms carry patient details. Wix signs a business associate agreement on the plans the table names, so intake forms can carry patient details. There's no agreement for the website on Zarla (no BAA; embed or link a HIPAA-ready form or portal); GoDaddy (BAA for its Microsoft 365 email only; embed a HIPAA form); Squarespace (forms aren't HIPAA-ready; a BAA for Acuity Scheduling, a separate subscription); WordPress.com (HIPAA form plugins on paid plans; no BAA in its help). We read each on the builder's own pages on October 24, 2026.

How much does a chiropractic practice website cost?

Building and previewing one can cost nothing on most builders; a live site on your own domain costs money on every builder here. Wix: Core, the cheapest plan with bookings, is $29/mo billed yearly. Light is $17/mo without bookings, and there's a free plan on a wixsite.com address. GoDaddy: Websites + Marketing plans are priced by country, and GoDaddy's page didn't show us a US price, so check it for yours. Squarespace: Basic is $19/mo and Core $29/mo, billed yearly, after a 14-day free trial. Online booking is a separate Acuity Scheduling subscription. WordPress.com: Personal is $4/mo billed yearly; form file uploads need Business, $25/mo billed yearly. Plugins can add their own cost. Zarla is free to build and preview, and you pay when you publish, on the Premium plan. Is Wix good for a chiropractic practice?

Yes: Wix placed first of five here, with 15 of 18 points. Of the tests that are particular to chiropractors, it gets a tick on "New patients book a first visit online", "Intake forms kept private under HIPAA" and "Patients choose their chiropractor". The catch: bookings need the Core plan rather than the cheapest one, and pages for each town you serve are yours to write.
